I purchased this as an open box item, with just a few dings on the front of the unit. After needing a few parts that were missing, once installed it has been perfect. The racks were a little shaky to being with, but have since settled in nicely. Great machine, especially if you can get it at a discount.

Thanks to government regulations this dishwasher isn't as robust as the previous dishwashers from the past. It's rather cramped and small and while efficient doesn't do a great job cleaning the dishes. It does its job, it's mediocre, it's just ok.

This is one of the best dishwashers out there. Meets all the standard as stated in description. I had to return it, only reason being the bar as my kitchen is small and I needed something without the bar handle.

The worse dishwasher I have ever owned. I have had service on this machine twice in the 2 years since I purchased it. The last time it was determined a new motor was needed. Between the service call the parts and the labor it amounted to 2/3 of the original cost. KitchenAid should be ashamed of selling this.

Great product. KitchenAid has always served me well over the decades. This product so far hasn't disappointed, unlike many other brands. As a contractor I understand the components. And KitcenAid appears above most others. 3/17/17

Not for occasional use as you will have odors. Definitely recommend you use sanitary settings and heat drying so you can eliminate odors. Also wish it had a 6 hour time delay. Only has 2, 4 and 8 hour delay setting

I bought a G E dishwasher. I always had problems with the closing the door. I now know what to look when buying a dishwasher. At the store all you see is door and the inside. This Kitchen aid Dishwasher is the one you will be happy with.

I bought this because it had excellent reviews. My old dishwasher I used to be able to stuff full and things would come out clean. If I stack bowls in the top with one in each slot, every time a couple will come out with stuff still in them. It doesn't clean as well as my old one.

Would not recommend, especially for the price. This dishwasher is very quiet, even standing next to it it's hard to hear, but even on the toughest setting some dishes come out dirty. The cycles are also very long, as in a few hours. I never had to pre-wash dishes, but I'm going to start now, which is a waste of water.

Very bad product. First she has spent over $390 to get a new pump broke down less than a year after that save yourself a headache and avoid at all costs KitchenAid do not stand by their products. Spent over $800 what a waste. I see everyone has the same issues. Please avoid at all cost you cannot afford to waste your money on this dishwasher

Our last one lasted seven years. It was still working but knew we it was on it's last days. So we were looking and found this great buy. It's quiet and so far working great in a three adult and two teen home.

Love this dishwasher! This the fourth dishwasher I have owned over the years and it is by far the best one I have used. We have hard water and this machine deliveres sparkling clean, spotless and dry glasses, plastic containers, etc.

The dishwasher is functioning pretty good and the power consumption is also economical I have owned this for about an year now

So far we love our new dishwasher. It has a choice of cycles so you can do a load faster or save water and do it slower. Love the LED on the outside that tells where in the cycle the unit is. Only issue is utensil basket is too small.

I like this dishwasher very much however it is a little too deep to fit perfectly in my cabinet. We've tried everything to make more room to no avail. Works well though!

I bought this in Best Buy store. It is a great product as I reviewed. It works great as mentioned so far. It is been 2 weeks since I got that installed.

I bought it for my sister-in-law because hers has been slowly braking down. She loves it! Stainless steel inside, so no smells are retained, and it connected so easily!

This is an excellent dishwasher. It is super quiet, and has a ton of modes depending on what you are wanting to accomplish with your wash. Great product!

Had this for a couple months & I can’t believe I didn’t buy it a long time ago. Works well. Doesn’t clean the awful tough stains in cupcake holders but I am still impressed with everything else.

Bought this to replace my old dishwasher. This was the closest match to my KitchenAid Superba appliances I bought in 2003. Looks great and works great too!
