I got the full installation service with this product and was glad I did. They were excellent. So far I love the dishwasher, but it's still early goind.

Need a new dishwasher. Was not looking for this one but when I saw all it offered I was sold. When I got it and used it, it did not disappoint..

We've had this now for a month with no issue. Our last washer was in the same price class but had a plastic tub - - this has a much higher quality feel.

Purchsed and installed dishwasher. Got a decent deal on a quality dishwasher and was able to use approx. $150 from the rewards program. It is functioning exactly as expected.

All the bells and whistles and a top recommended choice by Consumer Reports all add up to a great purchase. Would recommend this item highly.

The only small negative is that I can't seem to figure out how the utensil baskets connect and not just hang on the bottom rack. Other than that it works great!

We purchased this to replace a Frigidaire dishwasher the previous owner installed which we estimated to be 3-5 years old based on the model. It didn't clean very well and left every dish wet. I went into the store to purchased based on Consumer Reports' rating of this model as the top rated model. This model wasn't "in stock" and the salesperson had great things to say about this model but he also talked up a couple Bosch models in the same price range that were in stock. I asked him which he would buy and he said the KitchenAid. Three weeks later it was installed. I considered self-install but have a lot of current home projects underway so I paid for installation. The installers did a great job and were fast and efficient. I would buy the install again -- totally worth it. The dishwasher is very quiet in the kitchen but we are able to hear it fairly well in the basement. I will probably insulate the ceiling directly below it to isolate the noise. (It's not an issue, but its noticeable in the basement.) Dishes are mostly dry (using default settings which have a dry cycle set) and, like most (all?) dishwashers some plasticware does stay wet. It seems to hold about as much as the 10 year old KitchenAid in our previous house. We were wanting a model with a flatware tray along the top but a couple friends talked us out of it indicating loading the tray took extra time during loading. We don't miss it (could be because we've never had it) but the two flatware caddies in this model are easily removable for either extra space or for loading/unloading which we like. We would purchase this model again.

We were limited in the amount of space we had for a dishwasher. The on line estimate of the depth and height for both installation and operation were accurate and the dishwasher fit in easily:

Scrape off plates, and the dishwasher does the rest. Some people complain about long drying times. You need to read the manual. There is an explanation on how to shut that off.

The dishwasher that I purchased was the number one top pick. Does everything as advertised. Glad for purchase and glad to get rid of the Electrolux that was a lemon from the very beginning.

After research, decided to get the highest rated dishwasher Best Buy had. Not disappointed. Good functionality. Good quality. Good installation by the BB tech.

I reviewed the heck out of this purchase. This item had top ratings in several reviews. The machine works very well. My issue is with the loading. Despite its large interior, the placement of the tines is terrible. Reviews and photos show 10 place setting capacity. I’m only able to load this machine with 1/4 to 1/2 of the amount that I was able to put in my previous Asko dishwasher.

This dishwasher is extremely quiet, does a great job cleaning and drys spotlessly! I am VERY pleased with this purchase! Highly recommend it!

One Problem,. the top shelf will not stay inside the machine. Do not know if this an installation or machine issue.

Does it's job, but wish it would heat up the water more! Govt restrictions probably have to do with that problem!

This was a breeze to install, and quiet, it was hard to believe it was running the first time I used it, had my last KitchenAid 22 years that's why I bought this one.

Very nice dishwasher. Got it as an open box, so a few things missing for installation but we were able to use parts from the older one. Hoping this one lasts longer

KitchenAid, a great dishwasher, easy to operate and very quiet. I like the look of it! It’s wise for me to add this product to my kitchen!!
