We have a Lot of appliance on kitchen aid , I am just wondering their life time based on price tag , such a disappointment from big brand !

Especially with Best Buy but the dishwasher is definitely no better that the 10 year old dishwasher I just replaced. Wet dirty and spotted dishes. Thanks Best Buy and kitchen aid for the horrible customer service and junk appliance.

But, whether an installation error, or design malfunction I don't know, but when I open the door, the top rack immediately rolls outward, like it's perhaps off-balance or tilted downward. Very annoying!
