Needed a new dishwasher, but didn’t want to spend a lot on a new one. Wanted one with a light or delicate wash for china, and a delay cycle. There aren’t a lot with the light cycle. After checking out numerous brands and models I decided on this one which was in the middle price range and had all my qualifications I wanted. It’s very quiet, The racks roll very nice and smoothly, with plenty of room for my dishes, etc. Plus consumer reports reported this, model to be very high rating..

New, so only used twice. Very quiet, nice message panel. Installation went very well and all cleanup done, A+ on installers. Delivery time of 8 days a little long these days!

Installation was a breeze. Extremely quiet and does an excellent job washing the dishes. If you don't know it's running you don't even notice it.

I have enjoyed this dishwasher....it is so much better than what I had before. It is quiet and efficient....and easy to load.

This higher end Kitchen aid replaced a Bosch that was 6 yrs old. We bought this item specifically because of the drying feature. works better than I expected. it so quiet without the indicator lights you would have trouble knowing it was on. All glass and plastic is coming out dry. Im glad we purchased this item and can recommend it (which is something I do not do often) :).

We bought this dishwasher mainly because it was rated #1 by Consumer Reports, even over many much more expensive models. It is excellent at washing and drying (even drying plastic items). It has a really nice indicator window which shows where it is in the cycle, and it is a beautiful appliance! We have had it almost a month, and we couldn't be more pleased. Our old dishwasher doesn't even compare! I highly recommend this dishwasher!

It easy to operate as NFL it cleans well. It is very quiet and has a food grinder so I don't have to clean that screen every week

This is one of the best dishwashers I have ever owned. It does a very good job cleaning and is very quiet. No more water spots and dishes that did not come out clean. Best Buy made my purchase quick and very easy. Even got the free install promo which made it even more worth it.

My old kitchenaid dishwasher was much louder but cleaned better. This is one barely makes a sound. On normal cycle, there is food stuck to the plates. On prowash cycle the dishes mostly are without food stuck. There is a tough cycle that might work better that I haven’t tried out yet

Dishwasher is quiet. controls are easy with a lot of options. Cleans and drys well. Now we just wait for the reliability!

After installation and warranty, I spent $1200 on this Kitchenaid Stainless dishwasher. Immediately, the stainless had problems. Despite promoting the "touchfree stainless" as a wonderful feature, it cannot be cleaned by any product. There are permanent streaks and drips that cannot be removed. Kitchenaid will not do anything under the 1-year warrantee. They hide behind the "30-day rule" for cosmetic issues. This is NOT A COSMETIC ISSUE, but rather a function of their poor quality. I have 18-year old stainless appliances that look as good as new, but the Kitchenaid looked horrendous after 2 weeks.

Capacity is great and very quiet. Dishes come out clean and dry.

I needed to replace a relatively new dishwasher because our water is so hard nothing would come clean. This machine is outstanding even with baked on cheese!

Only have had for less than two months now, but I couldn't be more pleased. The biggest impression is just how quiet it is and how well that it dries the dishes, even plastics. It is originally more than I intended to pay for a dishwasher, but with all the positive reviews, plus a very favorable recommendation from Consumer Reports, I bit the bullet and spent the extra money. I installed myself.

This dishwasher is the best of the best. Consumer reports number one pick. And Best Buy has excellent prices on this dishwasher. It does everything they say it does. Installed it my self and was very easy

I had been nursing a previous kitchen aid that is 10 years old. Finally my smarter half said we need a new unit. We wanted a heater and didn't want to wait for fan drying like in other brands. We didn't want a grinder as the last unit had one and it and we found too many plastic pieces inside. We previously had a third shelf, but I learned that we occasionally put knives on that shelf, but basically it was empty and wasting space. This new two shelf unit has munch more room and has a knife holder on the side. I measured 48db in an echo oriented kitchen. We are satisfied and as the better half is satisfied. We got the extended warranty as we always do with modern electronics and appliances. The unit was on sale with free shipping and installation. We had to buy an attachment kit. Three weeks later the price dropped another hundred dollars and best buy gave us a refund since we are elite members within a 30 day return period. Nice product and service.

I looked at a lot of reviews online including Consumer Reports and Best Buy. It was one of the top performers on CR and also one of the most reliable when it comes to repairs. Best Buy had one of the best prices on the dishwasher so I purchased it there. Delivery and installation was free and seamless. They took my old dishwasher away. When I used the dishwasher for the first time I thought it was not working only to find that the dishwasher was running but quite unlike my old model it's just too quiet to even know it is running! I'm very happy with this product.
