Much quieter than old one. Cleans well. Silverware holders cumbersome.

Installation was expeditious. Love the looks and features of the unit. Operating now for 3 days and very pleased with the results.

This is the third Kitchenaid Dishwasher I have purchased. The first one I sold with the sale of my home, the second one was the infamous drawer type that I managed to get 13 years out of. This one I hope will last as long as it's predecessors! I am impressed not only with it's ability to clean but the fact you don't hear it while it is running....well worth the money spent even though I was sad when I had to replace the last one and the no longer carry the drawer variety.

This thing is super quiet, easy to use and bottom line gets things clean and dry. Nice looks as well.

I can hardly tell it is running when standing right next to it. Tried three different wash cycles so far and all of them work really well.

Kitchen Aide dishwasher is installed and running very well. Very quiet operation. Dishes come out clean and spotless. Dishwasher looks very nice. Racks are well organized and spacious. Installation by Geek Squad went very well.

I am a dishwasher snob, but this was for our winter home so I didn't want to spend big bucks for Meile or Askc (my previous machines). This dishwasher dries better than either of the upscale brands I have owned in the past and has all of the cycles I need. It does take a long time, but I choose sani-cycles so that is expected. I would definitely get the machine again.

Purchased this to replace a faulty Kenmore Elite. This dishwasher cleans dishes very well and is quiet enough to run in our open kitchen/living room while watching TV without being noticed. I have not yet used all of the wash settings, but the auto sensing cycle has worked great and the heat + fan drying mode exceeded my expectations. I guess Consumer Reports was right about this model being a best buy.

The good: reasonably priced for mid-end products, super quiet, and does a good job. The bad: the lower level rack could be more spaced out as it restricts placement of some dishes (i.e. bowls). Overall very please with purchase.

Looks good in my kitchen. My installers Michael and Charlie were most courteous to my wife and me and our new home. Very Professional!! We loved our experience from start to finish.

Dishwasher looks very sharp and is much quieter than previous dishwasher I had when I bought the house. Small criticism is that plastic from packaging cannot be removed from the top of the door and gives poor appearance to the OCD individuals out there and the stainless steel looks dirty 24/7 with toddlers.

Coming from a 7 year old Kitchenaid that was in the $500 price range and not working well (not cleaning food particles away) this unit is awesome, dries better, washes better, SUPER quiet too! The Geek Squad did a great job on the installation as well!

I currently have an older version of this Kitchenaid dishwasher in a vacation rental which gets heavy constant and it is doing great. When I went to buy a new dishwasher for my home I immediately looked at the Kitchenaid reviews along with the other leading brands. This one is super quiet and can barely be heard when running a load. The shelving system adjusts easily and there are plenty of washing cycles to satisfy all my needs. Great product.

I had a top of the line KitchenAid dishwasher and it lasted over 15 years. This new dishwasher has nice upgrades from the older unit like stainless steel wire racks so if the plastic coating is cut, the metal won't rust. Also the control panel seems to be built better as my old unit had bubble buttons that would eventually break. It has similar features as the old unit like the self cleaning filter and the 2 position upper rack, but it also has some added features to aid in stacking more items in it. It is super quiet but I can't say it much quieter than my old unit. It cleans really well so far, and the front display is informative and let's you know where it is in the cycle and approximately how much time is left for delay which is what we use most of the time to make use of the cheaper electricity at night. Overall it has been a good unit so far. I hope it lasts as long as the first dishwasher.

My dishwasher was delivered about two weeks ago, and so far it is great! Super quiet and the the dishes come out spotless. Took a little adjusting to get the racks set up in a way that I like, but that was no big deal. I spent a lot of time researching before I made this purchase and I waited for it to go on sale, andI am happy with my choice.

I have only owned the dishwasher for 8 days so it may be too early to grade it too thoroughly. But the bottom line is we are very happy with it. It is quiet and does a great job washing the dishes. The only thing that I was not aware of when I bought it in the store is that in order to get dry dishes, we need to use JetDry or a similar product. At least that is what the installer told us.

I dealt with my loud dishwasher too long. You will not regret your purchase. It is so quiet that I wonder if I forgot to turn it on. Dishes come out clean every time and I'm not a rinser! It does take longer to do a load due to the water conservation, but absolutely love it.

Of course stainless steel is difficult to keep looking clean especially with a Labrador puppy who likes to lick the door right after it's wiped down. Love that u know when the dishes are done or what stage the dishes are at with the easy to see display window.

I've only had a chance to use my new dishwasher a couple of times so far so what I've determined now is: (1) I love how quiet it is (2) Easy to use controls (3) Nice compartments for soap and rinse aid (My old dishwasher was a pain) (4) It'll take me a little time to figure out the most effective way to load dishes.

We read many reviews online as well as Consumer Reports articles. We decided the KitchenAid dishwasher was exactly what we were lookiing for, but wanted to see it in person. Best Buy had a great price, and the Princeton NJ store had it on display. The salesperson, and our first hand look at it sealed the deal. We've been very pleased with it's cleaning ability, low noise level, and how well it dries our dishes.
