I enjoy this attachment because it gives a consistent sheet of zucchini to make my lasagna. Great tool for vegetarians and keto dieters. The only thing i dont like is that it does not shave close to the core...so the zucchini has to be thick

This is an interesting product that she would not use every day. It’s fun for entertaining because I use cucumbers and slice them thin with the Kitchenaid product stuff them with tuna salad and tie them with a little celery string. They are an adorable hors deurve

The vegetable sheet cutter makes perfect lasagna noodles for truly vegan lasagna. I love it, and have been looking for something like this for a long time, and it was on sale. Thank you Best Buy.

In theory the sheet cutter is an amazing idea. I imagined it would make low carb wraps and veggie lasagna so simple. The reality however it's not so. The sheet cutter has a very fine line of foods it can easily work with. To soft and the ends of the vegetable/food ends up getting stripped out and the attachment prongs have nothing to grab. A good example of this is a cucumber where the soft inside is easily overwhelmed by the resistance of the cutting blade. I also found carrots somewhat challenging. I would say another negative is that the left over cores are pretty substantial and a lot can go to waste. I'm not thrilled with it.

This thing is great! Its very convenient. I have gotten very creative using this slicer. I made veggie spring rolls using this slicer, its really nice to work with.

Provides endless possibilities. Adds creativity to new and inventive cooking. Best buy had this in stock as fast as it hit the market and it is a very neat attachment.
