    I like this for making the thin slices of zucchini and then creating sandwiches with them. Put whatever you want and just roll it up and enjoy

    I love my others attachments from KitchenAid, I have almost everything. This one doesn't do a good job, and has a lot of vegetable or fruit wasting. We have to figured out to use the middle of the the vegetable. It doesn't work well on hard or very soft vegetables.
