Poor bass level
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bass level is nonexistent. Connected via optical cable, successful pairing on subwoofer, sub level set to max and the sub is not putting out much of anything. It’s basically nonexistent. Tried everything, from powering down the sub then plugging back in, tried unpairing and re-pairing. Nothing has worked. Emailed Klipsch, after 2 days no response. Very disappointed. I’ll be bringing it back for something else. Also has no sound adjustments. Outside of adjusting the sub level, there is no way to customize the audio.

Very nice build. Low volume

Volume maxed out not very impressive....not as loud as my 4 yr old soundbar from Sam's club. I did see there was a firmware update. Doubtful it will increase total volume. Not going to bother. Will most likely return tommorow for another... Subwoofer is awesome....great bass.
