This is a loud sub that could over power cheap speakers. Awesome sound!

Sure there is always better there... I could have paid more and gotten the 15 inch subwoofer.. However this suited my budget. Perfet for the size of my room. It also complimented my existing Klipsch speakers as well. Deep, Warm, and powerful. I don't need anymore thank you. Excellent value.

Not an audiophile necessarily here - just a music lover. To me, the sound is perfect. When this thing is cranked up to a near deafening level and the only thing I don't like is how much my house rattles. If you occasionally love to throw a dance party in your living room or want feel like you're in a theater watching a movie instead of your house - this beast is a home run.

this is an awesome sound system didnt have the sub when i 1st bought but have now completed setup shaking the house down wife going crazy lol

I had two previous subs with ok results. This sub gives me great rumble with the option of dialing the sub back if sensitive ears are around

We have this sub paired with 4 Yamaha ceiling speakers and they go well together. We only use this for music but it gets loud and rounds out the listening experience. The only downside and I know it's common at this price point is the cabinet is kind of ugly. I know most people want them to blend in and disappear but you really want to hide this because it is ugly.

I really like Klipsch Reference Series speakers and noticed this Subwoofer on an Open Box table when about to leave a local Best Buy. Since my other very expensive Subwoofer was down, blown amp board, I decided for the price I would give it a try. Have to say I'm pretty impressed. I'm a heavy Bass enthusiast so it's definitely not a long term replacement for my much, much more expensive subwoofer...but for this price range I would say it's hard to beat. I would buy it again and highly recommend for people wanting to add that needed Punch to their home theater system. Heavy Bass music enthusiasts it probably will not satisfy your heavy, low bass cravings.

I picked this up during the sale so it was only $225 instead of almost $500 but it’s a really nice sub and completes my Klipsch set

Easy to hook up. Looks nice and has a nice rich bass sound.

I heard this beauty on the showroom floor and it certainly was impressive. I brought it home and it sounds amazing! I actually have to turn the volume down with some music and soundtracks, because it will make cupboards, windows, artwork etc. vibrate and rattle. I wouldn't recommend this subwoofer if you live in an apartment complex or in an uptight community.
