Top of the line and expensive...But worth the Cost

Give this review a quick glance. Pros: The build quality, the sound, and occasionally the ability to shake the walls Cons: Possibly the price, but its klipsch, so youre definitely getting your moneys worth from this. Let me start by saying this sub woofer is currently performing flawlessly, better than I expected it to. Im more of a music listener than a movie watcher, and my music is heavy on bass and this thing has no issue keeping up. With the right tuning on your receiver you can get the exact sound you're looking for. Mind you, you are going to need some speakers that'll keep up with this. My family has had klipsch from the day I was born, some products older than me and are still performing as if they were brand new. Build quality is superb, and the sound is right up there with it. The price may seem steep but if you are looking for that extra boom in your music or your movies, look no further.

First off, I'm familiar with the sound and performance of a fair amount of audio products from middle of road to the higher end. Let me say this at the price point I feel it's the best bang for the buck. I have two of theses 12's and the BASS will make you pass gas out of your ear holes, Shake and shiver the hair on your little toes, and gets rid of the yard moles! All that with out being too over the top. KLIPSCH has a beautiful simplistic way of there products just finding the sweet spot. Okay so for a more formal review, If you are familiar with the Klipsch Brand then you know there sound and performance with movies and games is at the top of the list ALMOST setting the standard for what sound should sound like. What I love about this sub is it's phase control making it simple to tailor it's performance to movies and especially it's reaction to music when you want to dropdrop droppppp the bass this sub will bring it and drop it without much distortion tested at 150-10hz at high playing levels & I'm very impressed! So stop reading and swipe your debit card for two of these. At least 1!

I HAVE A SMALLER ROOM IN WHICH THIS UNIT PERFORMS. IT IS PERFECT FOR WHAT I NEED. I HAVE OTHER KLIPSCH PRODUCTS AND AM NEVER DISIPOINTED.

must not communicate with my denon, power light is always on. Seems to only be effective at higher volumes, it is in a smaller room though.

So far this subwoofer has performed as expected. However, it's a relatively new purchase and therefore not sure if it's a good purchase.

I had to exchange a broken woofer and I got this. The Best Buy team helped me a lot. This is worth the money

Easy set up. Good performance for my mid level set up. Still breaking in, so haven’t throttled it yet. Good value.

It's a good product for the money if you're just starting your new home theatre.

it is a good subwoofer but may hv match with your towers carefully or else it might play kinda separately

Sub is very good just to boomy for me. I wanted a tighter bass. And cabinet is way to large.
