Best buy tech support chose this subwoofer for us. It more than meets our needs

I purchased This Sub To Replace my 100 watt Polk audio sub. And let me tell you, this thing shakes everything! I have the knob on 50% and that is already too much bass. I have high hopes that this sub will be the only sub I will ever need in a long time. The cabinet is beautiful, blends into any decor and the speaker itself in the copper color demands your attention. If you want a true cinematic experience and and want to give your music the thump that it needs then look no further. Can't go wrong with Klipsch !

This klipsch subwoofer has a great sound I think I got great value for my buck.

i bought this speaker because my other one blew out. so far it seems to be working ok.

I love that speaker but unfortunately that didn't mach my 5.1 channel to be 5.2.

Doesn't hit lows as clear as I would expect. Other than that , it's ok.

little bulky and cannot place it in tight spot so it is not noticeable.

I have two of these for the home theater and they perform well.

Klipsch has always been known for quality speakers

For the price I was expecting more. First thing I noticed was the weight. Its very light, meaning it is made of cheap materials. Online description claims 400 watts, the back of the subwoofer says 240. Misleading. Disappointed.

its an ok sub, I bought 2 to replace my 2 JBL's that the power supply went out on after 14yrs. The bass isn't really there as described by others. I would still recommend but suggest look for other options.

Sub was ok. The sound was a bit muddy but as expected for 250$. Not extremely deep bass but ok. Returned because I had 1 sub already and this wasn't good enough to add to system.

I have other new model Klipsch products that function very nicely. I purchase this product in November 2017. Unfortunately, this subwoofer has a very annoying buzz/rattle. I diagnosed the issue and it is definitely not the case or electrical panel or loose wires. The issue is specifically the driver itself. It may be that the coil has separated or something within the mechanism, but I have isolated the problem with 100% certainty. The speaker is not over driven. I have two subwoofers, both 12", one from another manufacturer and the Klipsch is the only one malfunctioning. I opened a support case with Klipsch on Sept 1. Did not receive a response so I updated the ticket on Sept. 4 to ask if there was an SLA. It is now Sept 8 and still no acknowledgement. I am very disappointed that someone in the company did not bother to provide a simple acknowledgement to my issue. As a consumer, all aspects of my experience affect my satisfaction and future purchasing decisions. Customer service is equally important to product functionality. If the company had handled my issue in a responsible, timely manner, I would not be writing this negative review. With regard to the speaker itself, I unfortunately cannot evaluate it with precision because it has never performed as designed.

Great entry level speaker for most households.deep rich base but a subtle rumble.

We bought this unit based on the features and Best Buy salesperson suggestion. Works fine. Set up wasn't user friendly.
