Overall great product that looks as good as it sounds

Finished my theater setup with these floorstanding Klipsch speakers. I now have dual subs, surrounds, and these. To some, they may sound a little "bright" at first but will tone down. Great sound and look great too!!

I bought these speakers on Black Friday so they were only about $200 each. I definitely think there were $200 they sound pretty good

I have this 400W standing floor speaker combined with the two book shelf speakers, a subwoofer and a center speaker. All are Klipsch in the same Reference Series. When testing this speaker, I did it in combination with the speakers I listed, as well as independently to see how it sounds alone. As a group, the speakers worked well together. The well balanced highs, mids and bass really sound great. The speaker contains 2 6.5 subs and a really strong tweeter. There is not mid range speaker, but as you can see by the other speakers I have in the set up, I have that covered with some of the other speakers. At first glance, the speaker is very attractive. It has a nice black faux wood look, and matches the rest of the speakers. The grill looks great and does not hamper the performance. This is the 400W model, not the 600W you see in the Magnolia section of Best Buy. It is more than sufficient for my set up and really provides the front end sound I wanted to compliment the grouping of speakers. I don’t feel I needed more, and after installing everything I still feel the same way. When I tried it by itself, obviously I don’t get the same balanced sound out of the double subs and tweeter, but it sounds pretty well balanced for what it is. I thought the subs would really overpower the tweeter, but the tweeter is really strong and really puts out some power. I am very happy with this choice, and I like the sound a lot. Running this off a Onkyo receiver that has 4K compatible sound, I really like the results of the set up. Alone of grouped with the other speakers, this is a great set of speakers for the above average audiophile. For my man cave, I love the set up and now I can watch what I want or listen to what I want with extreme quality sound. I can turn up the volume as loud as I am comfortable doing, and they stay clear with no issues to note. I definitely recommend it someone that wants either a solid performing group of speakers in the front of their system. Something you don’t mind seeing that is. Some people like their speakers small and hidden, and others like to show off their system visually as well as with the sound. This is definitely the latter choice. These things simply perform and you will love them. I really don’t think I need the 600W model and it would have required more power to get the optimal performance out of it. As I stated before, I think this will work well for my set up.

Great sounding speakers Great clarity. It amazes me how many individual sounds you can hear. Superior quality but if I were to do it again I would've stepped up to their bigger 8” towers for a $100 more. I think it would be better for real loud use.

i would recommend these speakers to anyone that wants great sound at a moderate price

These have been around along time just keep getting improved but have passed them up for BES, Bose and Mission speakers until I did a theater room and really wanted clear dialog which the missions did really good at but not "amazing" and that is what I was looking for. The biggest hurtle was that the center speaker was locked in to above screen installation and the 4 center speakers that I tested sounded like they were above you which is not ideal. Taking Best Buys stereo folks advice I matched the front and the center speaker from ssme brand and same series then I of course listened to the advice from BB and broke in the speakers inside a walk-in closet and left for 2 days then I hooked them up in the theater room and auto adjusted the room. I started throeing DVDs on and listening to actor dialog and of course every car chase, space bsttle and many explosions just to keep repeating myself over by cloding my mouth to say " that's unbelievable I'm so shocked that it's 10 times better than I hoped for" then when the family couldn't listen to me anymore I started putting everyones music on and they all raved about the clarity but fullness of the sound coming from the Klipsch speakers and also joined the conundrum that comes with Klipsch beautiful speakers...grill covers on or off?

Love these speakers. I finally upgraded my total entertainment system and I absolutely love these speakers, especially with my sub woofer and center channel speaker.

Well, I am again here shopping at Best Buys. Their customer retention is pretty high. This time I spent some money and will spend more shortly. I have shopped around and none can beat and if they do then BB will price match.

Awesome speakers! The item that I received was what I really expected. It was in good perfect condition and so far, it’s working fine. Best Buy’s order tracking is extremely helpful, convenient and efficient.

Finially got my floor speakers...I love them the wife not so much, they put out great sound but are a little tall

Not fully tested yet, but good marks so far. Definitely benefit from a warm up period. Can take the power, watts, volume - without distortion.

Unbelievable sound , to go along with our in-ceiling (5) speakers , woofer R-10SW (1), and R-51M (2) . They can wake the Neighbors if I were to turn up the volume.

Great sound for smaller room, bigger room need to go up to the bigger tower
