I read reviews and listened carefully to various speakers in this price range before pulling the trigger. Klipsch speakers are extremely efficient and don't need much power to make robust, crisp sound. I don't believe better pair of speakers can be found for anywhere near the price. The Geek Squad set them up perfectly, along with a compatible front Klipsch speaker and subwoofer, and a pair of bookshelf speakers to provide true surround sound. It's all tied together through a Denon Receiver. The system is set up such that at low volume most of the sound - dialogue - comes through the center speaker. At moderate volume, you start to hear the rest of the system, and a rich movie-theater like sound. Like rock concerts? At high volume this system replicates the experience amazingly well. In fact, I feel like the "TV room" now needs soundproofing because these puppies can be heard throughout the house when turned about 3/4s up. I can't imagine why a normal house would need, or it's non-viewing occupants tolerate, more sound than this system provides. We are very pleased with Best Buy, their Geek Squad, and especially, the Klipsch speakers.

Upgraded from the Klipsch Bookshelf speakers. Amazing total sound, went through all the preset sound settings on my Amplifier just to check on the difference. Complete Bliss, playing "Mastered" Vinyl edition of "Dark Side of the Moon" Klipsch's Christmas in July sale was a major factor for the decision to proceed with purchase.

My family and I love good audio systems. We love having a great home theater system and adding these to them was a good decision. I have used these for music (from Beethoven to Drake), gaming (Overwatch), and movies. These play like a champ. I was honestly concerned that 6.5 inch drivers would be too small, but these can still fill the room! The clarity of these speakers is their biggest strength. I really loved the lows and the mids! I think the highs were great as well. I know that they tend to be what people complain about the most with Klipsch speakers but they don't tend to bother me. In fact, I actually like the crispness and brightness of them, but I would definitely go in and try to listen if you have the chance because they're obviously not for everyone. They look beautiful. I don't even put the grills on them because man they look great. They have that modern feel and definitely makes my setup look elegant. So these are not quite as powerful as the older brother 820f with the 8 inch drivers. If you really want more explosive sound, you really can't go wrong with the 820f. However, these are still very good and produce excellent sound. All in all, I think these are a great addition to any home theater/audio system.

What can I say, these are great speakers. Klipsch are so under rated. I have a pair of these as my front main speakers with a pair of Klipsch bookshelf speakers as my rear and a center speaker. For music you get rich tones of middle n high with just enough bottom to lift the higher tones without drowning them out, clear crisp voices viewing movies and I listen to loud music, no matter the level, you hear what the musicians or directors want you to hear. These speakers are beautiful and very easy to set up. They also have amazing and awesome sound! Highly recommend!!!

Just got a pair of these the other night. Hooked to a new Denon AVR-1700H. Loving them so far. I will say this though: A word of warning about the included 4 super cheap black screws for the plastic feet. Do yourself a huge favor and spend a dollar on some high quality 1" screws like Spax. After breaking the heads off of 3 of the 4 included screws while attaching the feet and having to unscrew what was left of them with locking pliers I replaced them with some quality Spax screws. They were not overtightened and were only sunk half-way into the pre-drilled holes before the heads twisted off. I was only using a handheld screwdriver. Once I swapped out the screws the feet attached securely. I used banana connectors to hook them in. Otherwise, great build quality and sound. Going to grab a pair of matching bookshelf speakers today for the surround.

Great speakers for clear and powerful sound. Excellent audio for professional work on radio and commercial tv projects.

I bought these when they went on sale. I was shocked when they came on how big and impressive they were. Hooked them up and I was shocked: Maybe the best speakers I have ever heard and I have heard ones that cost easily five times as much. Really really good speakers. I love them!
