Sound was loud and not adjustable other than for volume,this needs treble,bass and mid range equalization capabilities

Returned it. Wife didn't like how it looked aesthetically.

This was a birthday gift. Pretty sure it came with the wrong instruction packet. Once everything was plugged in, it works sometimes but not others... Which makes for VERY unpleasant sound EXPLOSIONS coming from the sound bar at random times. The wireless bass straight up doesn't work. It took too long to get it set up that I cannot return it now. For $800, buy something easy to set up and easy to use. Way overpriced for something that doesn't work correctly.

I am very familiard with Klipsch speakers and was thrilled to catch this sale. Unfortunately, the bluetooth connection was aweful abs statically

super easy setup and bluetooth worked flawlessly and setup with my harmony ultimate went smooth. Great sound quality and deep hard hitting bass. I like how you can adjust the bass with the knob control on the sub. I took away 1 star because it only has 1 optical input and 1 rca input. I had to buy a optical to rca converter to hook up my wd tv and cable box. For a soundbar in this price range it should have more input options.

This Klipsch Soundbar with Subwoofer was a replacement for our Harmin Kardon Soundbar/Subwoofer which had failed. Fortunately the Harmin Kardon was still under warranty. The Klipsch was recommended and we had heard good things about Klipsch. Thie Klipsch was terrible. It sounded like a tin can. This system was out of our house within 30 minutes after it entered.

I bought this product after owning previous klipsch products in the past and knowing they were awesome. Klipsch definitely let me down with this product after Bluetooth didn't work 2 feet away and a speaker in the sound bar blew after 2 weeks.

I am not a big speaker specialist but I bought this and I compared this with JBL Sorry to say it's no match to jbl

I bought this device to use it with my tv and my other devices, the Bluetooth connection is worth 0$ ... I live in a tiny apartment and it kept skipping.

Listened to multiple soundbars prior to purchasing the R-20, and I have zero regrets. Have a home theater setup downstairs with Klipsch Speakers all around, but wanted something for the upstairs too. I didn't have the room for multiple speakers, and since she refers to it as the "pretty room" my choices were limited to a sound bar. This unit truly transformed the viewing experience. Of course it doesn't replicate the home theater dynamics, but none of them do. Having said that, this unit does an outstanding job! Again, no regrets. Speaker ties in with your existing remote, so it's pretty seamless. Bass is more than adequate. The only downside is limited connectivity options, but that's really a non issue. If you're looking for gimmicks and lots of gadgetry you might want to pass on the R-20, however if you're searching for a truly satisfying audio experience then your search is over.

Volume drops for no reason. Also at very low levels, a static noise can be heard.

Average product with steep price. I would not recommend this product unfortunately

This 2 piece set from Klipsch is great. The soundbar sounds very great and crisp even at near peak volume. Have not heard any distortion yet. Set up was instant on my Samsung smart TV, no hassle. Have watched Netflix, sports and TV (no blu rays yet) and they all sound very nice. Voice is much clearer than from TV's speakers. Bluetooth is also a breeze and actually sounds very good streaming from my phone. Do yourself a favor and do not use the 3D option. It makes everything sound like weird, tin can garbage. I would give it a high 3, low 4 stars only because the subwoofer is seriously lacking. I have it cranked up at full volume on the sub, and I can barely start to feel the modest bass. I got it on sale for $300 so I am overall satisfied, but I would not buy it at retail. Hope it goes on sale again.

Previous reviewers have already mentioned most of the pro and con so I won't go there. All I'd suggested is to add an Amazon Echo to this soundbar and you'll be very happy. I connect the optical (toslink cable) from the soundbar to the TV and RCA > aux cable to/from the soundbar and Amazon Echo Dot. I can either connect my iphone to the Echo Dot or use alexa and play whatever content is available on my phone. There are many benefits/features to add the Amazon Echo to this soundbar. Like, bluetooth connection is much better. Try it and you'll know what I mean. Cheap add-on.

Great product for the price. The sound quality is just superb. Try Natural Mystique by Bob Marley on youtube and you will be thoroughly impressed.

I have learnt for years, that u shouldnt follow the opinions of others. The best thing to do, is go to Best Buy, hook up your music from your phone via bluetooth..and it will blow you away!! This is my 5th Klipsch soundbar..3 R10 B's and 2 R20 B's...I bought an R10 B as a gift for someone..and I have the other 3, awaiting this R20 B to ship. I have had not ONE problem with these soundbars. The sound is crystal clear, the bass is amazing..all without distortion. You simply cannot go wrong with one of these, especially this R20 B. I just learned about Klipsch over a year ago, and Im hooked for life!! The difference between the R10 and The R20 is that the R10 have 4 speakers in the soundbar and a 8inch Subwoofer, whereas the R20 B have 6speakers in the soundbar and a 10 inch sub. All my friends are extremely fascinated when they come to my house and hear the sound coming from them..to the point where they have purchased these soundbar on my advice. Go check them out for yourself..and dont buy anyone's opinion. Youll be glad you did. I guess Klipsch, like Ferrari have no need to advertise like other sound bar makers...and youll eventually know why that is...

I bought this one in geat deal. Sound and quality is everything perfect but when I am playing from iPhone it's breaking music same as Polk Omni SB+ . So decided to give it return. But i really love the music from TV. Theater Feeling.

Clarity is great. Crisp and clear. The speakers are great. Only gripe I have with the speaker portion is that the sub at high volume does not hit that hard. It is good but if you are paying the full retail price of $800, you should expect more. Otherwise its great. I wish they had put some sort of LCD screen. Also, I wish there was different sound fields. You basically have normal or 3D for movies. Thats it. The other thing is the remote is tiny. It is about the size of a credit card. Other than these gripes, the speakers are great for music and movies. Worth it if you get it on sale.

Bought this for the Super Bowl and couldn't be happier! Not only did this add amazing sound to the game but the Pats won! Definitely worth the money !
