Vacuum is basically a bump and turn toy, it was constantly getting stuck, did a poor job of cleaning the area it did clean. You can not leave the room because it will get stuck and just keeps running, I returned and hopefully will have the money for a roomba in the future

This is a great product for the price. It sometimes has a hard time transitioning from hard floor to area rugs but I am impressed with the battery life and self-docking feature. I also appreciate that it uses suction rather than a cylindrical brush to pull debris into the unit. I have a long haired dog and my prior robotic vacuum with the brush style had me constantly cutting hair off out of the brush.

I was constantly having to go behind it and get it unstuck. It would get caught on everything. I ended up taking it back and purchasing an Ibot roomba 650. It was more money but well worth it.

Battery goes dead quickly, and it makes a loud noise. I thought it would be quite.

Set up was easy after fully charged to let it run it got a bit confused with areas it had been, going over the same areas. Other problems were transitioning from bare floor to carpet the brushes kept coming off having to replace them much too often, wasn't happy at all.

grains of sand and cat litter as well as cat hair present no problem to the unit. Ease of use is vastly understated. set it down and press start and forget it...what could be simpler?

Stopped working after the first run. Indifferent and aloof customer service wanted me to pay S&H + some $10 fee for the privilege of having their tin can repared. Luckily, local BB staff was much more helpful: took this piece of junk back with no objections and reimbursed my CC within two days.

Directions on how to use and program need to be included. Says mop feature, actually dust pad mop.Can not use on more than one type of flooring. Example, I have a rug on wood floor and linoleum in kitchen. The brushes get stuck, trying to manuver from wood floor to rug. The dust pad can't be attached from wood floor to carpet. So, useless for me :( I was so excited to replace my broken roomba.

I ended up returning this item. It "worked" but in my house it tended to get caught on cords (I have 4 kids) and get trapped under furniture. It was fine when I was home because I could "rescue" it but I was looking for something to clean while I am at work.

Was excited to get a robotic vacuum cleaner to help through daily cleanup, this one looked like the cheapest one for the features I needed. Works well for very light dust and collects fine dust from the carpet, but the suction is not powerful and the homing function for return to charge is very unreliable.

Modest investment - modest results. I moved this to a small area of the house which only requires modest vacuuming. Since it was on a daily best buy deal of the day, I feel I got value. Not at full price. Please don't pay full price.

The little brushes came apart, the vacuum shut down after an hour, but the machine was still running around the floor, great idea, nice price, now if they can only get it to clean a room larger than 10 by 10, I returned mine, I'll wait for a better model.

This product has a great idea but it's not worth the money. Not even when it's on sale ! Only picks up minimal stuff

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughter and havent tried it yet. I did see that it mops also which I didnt know when ordering.

This product works fairly well and is at a great price. It's not as effective as my old Roomba but it was a lot less expensive.

Great for an everyday vacuum, still have to use a different vacuum for a deeper clean. But great for pet hair and light cleaning.
