I went into this movie with high expectations, and it was kinda disappointing. I did like the story-line, but was disappointed with the acting....

Can’t wait until they make the Kong vs Godzilla movie... watched this one as a prequel was a bit slow on the action - and the plot was thin.

Lots of action and always a love story. My boys loved the previous King Kong movie and were excited to see the new one.A fun Friday night.

I love King Kong, How ever to much focus on Kong made the movie disappointment for the story line. Just wish it was belter all away around.

I don't know I'm kind of tired of the smash bang blow'em up movies. I will say it had a great Surround track. As like TARZAN I wanted it in 3D but with prices being so high and the market dying I was not going for the 3D version. I would not recommend the movie to anyone. I know it got a few good reviews and I know people who liked it. I'm not one of them. As a dumb popcorn movie it was and ok waste of a couple hours.

This movie did not meet my expectations, I was not feeling the production, or the acting. PLEASE bring back Peter Jackson as the director.

I was stuck buying a ultra Blu-ray & paying a big price to get the steel case I prefer to get the steel case with just blue ray HD version

Ok flick, trying to make every penny out of the Kong. But who doesn’t like a movie where you don’t have to think every now and then

Movie did not waste time building characters and got right to the Kong action scenes. Good graphics and plenty of action. Thin on plot.

Actors are worth the watching of the movie, just wish it had a bit more story. Samuel parts are NICE!!!

With a great cast and some really good action sequences, this is a fun way to spend a couple of hours. Watch the end credit sequence...

Watched with kids - good movie, wasn’t sure what to expect but was worth the purchase. Love just about anything with Samuel Jackson

Kong is no King...The movie was more like Moby Dick then a King Kong movie. Very disappointing. Glad I waited for the price to drop

Well, I was expecting more and decided I didn't want to keep the movie. So that should tell you all you need to know about this movie.

Started t watch the 3D version and the artifacts were distracting. Switched to 4K which was much better; however, I wanted this in 3D

What can I really say? My 10 year old really wanted to see it so I purchased thinking it might have a decent shelf life at our house.

Kind of a waste of money. However since my review must be at least 50 characters I continue to write and so hopefully now I am done.

Was not impressed with this Kong movie...All the hype just did not make me impressed with visual content and actors were only so so

I was told by three employees that this DVD was in Full Screen Format. It’s in Wide Screen Format. Not really what I wanted!
