its an ok film. the black Friday discount makes this one worth owning. I wouldn't spend full price for it though

Very fast paced, no break, nonstop action, barely any character development, but a TRUE action, shoot em' up flick!

Good production values and effects but some of the characters make questionable decisions for the sake of the plot.

It was better than the one before this one It shows what tech does to make a movier better than the ones before it

This movie was just ok. They didn't go off the traditional King Kong scrip. The new version was a mediocre one ok.

Great actors, great special affects (bravo CGI), but action suppresses the story, character development, etc.

It was not as good as the previous Kong movies...too sci fi type monster attacking Kong...not believable....

It could have been better. Just making apes larger does not make movie larger. Lacks a compelling story.

This new King Kong movie is a different kind of remake, with action and comedy too, a good flick to see.

If you are a King Kong fan, you will like this movie. And...you can't go wrong with Samuel L. Jackson!!!

Good movie and a lot of exciting creatures. Giving three stars because I think it could have been better.

Kong was a lot of fun. it was actually pre Kong. it was good to see a film where he survived in the end.
