Kong is new take on the King Kong movies of the past . Samuel L Jackson puts his usual stamp on this one. I’ve seen most of King Kong movies dating back to the late 50’s and early 60’s and this version rates with the best of them.

This film is more fun than a barrel of monkeys! Also features excellent A/V and the combo pack with both the 4K and 3D disc made this a must buy for those of us refusing to discard home 3D. The 3D version is honestly even more fun than the 4K.

The beast is back and with a (Nick) Fury! KONG: Skull Island was a very fun and fast paced new story featuring our title beast. Not to mention the cast was just insanely awesome. Witty and flashy for the eyes, KONG hit all the right marks.

Love this movie. I watched it twice already. It has lots of action, adventure, and exciting scenes in movie. Especially like the part when the main actress encounters Kong and gently touched Kong on the face and showed Kong as a gentle giant.

If you like the King Kong movie with Jack Black and Naomi Watts, then you will really like this one as well. Great acting. The special effects were mind blowing in this movie. 4K is where its at for this movie. It really does it justice.

Was similar in many ways to the original King Kong movie but different in the final outcome. Had a good plot and the actors did a great job in their performances. Sameual Jackson was especially good. Thought the closing scenes were awsome.

A Star studded cast in an Up to Date version of Kong. Film quality great but actually movie not so good. Very little story line. Kong attacks scientist before they even set up a home base on Skull Island. Film rushed through: Actions no Story

Without the benefit of 3D this movie would be average. With 3D it is incredible. Sorry for the folks who will never experience in 3D, because Best Buy is making it harder to purchase 3D titles as BB sold out of this new 3D blu-ray in minutes.

I was really impressed with the reality of this film. The cast was very good in selling the story. I liked that it was in a remote area on the map and was hidden by a mysterious storm. In the end i would definitely recommend seeing this film.

Another great in the King Kong collection, a 4K must own. Arrived fast and in excellent condition via USPS, Best Buy is a great source for the latest in entertainment.

I had no intention of buying this disc until I read some reviews. Love that this BEST BUY exclusive steel book covers all the available options. I only wish that the 3D version included the ATMOS soundtrack like the UHD and blu-ray versions.

One of the most beautiful steelbooks I've ever seen!! Hands down... The pose of Kong with the metallic shadows on the cover just blew me away. HOWEVER... price tag was horrendous. 40 bucks plus tax? Come on guys.... worth it but man...

Okay lots of action in this movie. It starts a little slow. But picks up the pace fast. And doesnt stop until it ends. Worth the time to watch. Film has a lot of of military type action. So parents should view it with children

This is the coolest packaging I've seen yet on a Best Buy exclusive! You get the metal case, but you also get the digital copy, BD, 3D BD, and the 4K! I wish more movies did this for those of us who dabble in both 3D and 4K. This was great!

I enjoyed the movie very much. I am a Kong fan and like the "Big Guy" to be the hero of the movie without getting killed as he often does. I hope there is a sequel. Perhaps a girlfriend with a lot of little Kongs running around the island.

Great exclusive Best Buy deal. Will always be a day one purchase if they are released like this. The SteelBook is a must buy with the bonus 3D disc, I hope to see more like these and the film was a fun one with this amazing transfer to 4K.

Ok movie but does have some scary looking monsters..

(Potential Spoilers)I love King Kong and I'm glad to see a movie that doesn't end badly for Kong. I loved that there was more Kong in this than Godzilla (2014 movie). Makes me really excited to see future monster movies. Kong vs Godzilla!
