This is King King at his finest. The film highlights the monster much more than the recent Godzilla film in this shared universe. This film is the perfect set to up a long overdue clash of the titans Kong vs Godzilla.

This is a re-imagining of the mythos behind King Kong as it explores how King Kong came to be. This is film coincides with the events of Godzilla (2014). Must see for fans of the Godzilla or King Kong. The Blu-Ray delivers a crisp picture and sound.

This was a really good movie and buying the 4K format with HDR makes it worth the price I paid for it. The scenes seem to come alive when you have the TV, 4K player, and surround sound system that supports Dolby Atmos.

This item was funny cause me n my husband was just talking about it. He was saying i needed to see it then i went to best buy n found it for a great price n shows really good.

The movie overall was very good. Not a particular movie I'm into but this one I enjoyed. The cgi was good. The depth of the 3d was very nicely done. It was definitely a surprise that I enjoyed this as much as I did. I would definitely recommend this for a viewing.

The movie itself was a lot more entertaining than it had any right to be (and for my money, better than Peter Jackson's bloated remake). The SteelBook cover art is very cool and colorful- a great alternative to the photoshopped floating heads of most cover art.

Don't go in expecting an emotional roller coaster. This film is supposed to be fun and silly. Great popcorn flick with some great effects and sound. Totally recommend for B-movies lovers! Stick around after the credits!

It seems so real. The geographic location set the tone for KONG in this film. I love the sound effects and l was anxious to see each scene. This movie kept me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait for the sequel to this.

A excellent piece to an upcoming monster franchise. This movie takes place on a monster island where an oversized Kong is not the only creature that this excellent international cast has to face. Great special effects.

Hoping that 4K will drop a little in price at some point. With the 4K TV, 300-watt soundbar and 4K DVD player movie time is awesome. This Skull Island one is a really good King Kong movie! Graphics are very very good!

This movie went above and beyond my expectations. The actors were very good for a monster movie. I really liked how they made King Kong larger than ever. The special effects were incredible. This is now my favorite monster movie of all time.

If you're a fan of the other Kong movies this one won't disappoint. From start to finish this movie will keep you on the edge of your seat. The story line is exciting and well written. You will truly enjoy this movie!

Loved this movie. So happy it didn't just repeat the original movie and the Peter Jackson versions. Gorgeously cinematography, great characters. John C. Reilly stole the show. Can't wait for more and the vs Godzilla!

Another take on the King Kong franchise...although an excellent movie with outstanding special effects and a capable and believable cast of characters. I enjoyed it on the big screen and enjoyed it more from this DVD.

This is the ultimate version to get for Kong: Skull Island. It is first of all a kick a** SteelBook, as well as 3D / 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray / Blu-ray and Digital!! MUST HAVE for any fan of the movie! And only @ Best Buy!

This was an awesome movie. There was some great action fight scenes. There was some gruesome parts so it might be questionable for a younger audience. It also had some funny moments as well. Overall a very good movie.

Buy this movie! It is gorgeous in 4K. 3D is awesome. I love being able to have both in a nice Steelbook. Digital copy was also 4K! Thanks! Can't wait for all the other movies in this series! Bring on Kong vs Godzilla!

Saw an advanced screening of this when it came out and absolutely LOVED it. As a fan of the Peter Jackson one, I wasn't sure how this would work out, but it blew my mind in every way. Definitely worth every cent.

I went into this movie not expecting it to be great. Man, was I surprised! It was really well done, and exciting throughout. I love this movie, so when the sale price came along, I jumped on it. Maybe a second copy once "Black Friday" sale prices come around.
