Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! Action Packed! Very suspenseful! Great new take on the original King Kong! Very creative! Very Intense! Excellent Graphics! and, Kong is still King of Skull Island!

Way better than I thought it would be, since the last Kong with Jack Black was not that good. I would recommend anyone, including older children,to watch this. Adults will find it very entertaining as well.

A great action adventure movie continuing the Kong series as a prequel on how & where the beast was discovered. Top notch cast including Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson. Get the popcorn out and be entertained.

I enjoyed the movie, when I saw it in the theater, but the UHD had playback issues at around the halfway mark. Heavy pixelation and freezing on both of the units I put the disc into. I'll buy again, eventually, as I'm sure this was an isolated issue.

Overall an enjoyable film. The action is good, exciting and consistent. The acting itself is also good and the movie has a fair amount of high profile actors... Samuel L. Jackson being one of them. Check it out!

This is a very different take on the King Kong story, it's a prequel and very well done! The actors do a great job in the rolls and the special effects are very believable! All in all a very good story and movie!

I liked the approach to this movie and it is a fresh story to the version you have seen many times. Great visual effects and action sequences. Even ig you are not a fan of King Kong you may like this version.

If you haven't already seen it, the movie is great. It's also an introduction to this new universe they're creating. The 4k transfer is amazing. There are several scenes in the movie that will make your jaw drop.

Was not expecting much but turned out to be a great movie. I think this was better than the last Kong movie. Nice tie in to the Godzilla movie Can't wait for Kong vs Godzilla. Hopefully this time Godzilla wins.

This movie never stops. Action is great. Music is too cool. I wasn't sure I'd like it. I loved it! The action is tight. You got folks you want to like and folks you want to die. Kong takes care of the rest.

For the most part Kong: Skull Island is an entertaining experience from start to finish. The 4k enhances the visuals even more, this is a must see for King Kong fans! Nice Steel book, packed with extras but the 4k Steel book does NOT come with a DVD copy.

When watching King Kong always look at it on my home theater it is a great movie. Lots of of bass in this movie long as you got a hometheater system get the movie sit back and eat popcorn and in Joy the move....

A different take on Kong! Perfect summer popcorn movie, visually interesting, action, made me want to know more about Kong himself and I would have liked to have more character development of Hiddleston and Larson's characters but it is a lot of fun.

Very good movie, has good mix of action, suspense and plenty of timely humor. Very good chapter in the whole Godzilla, Kong universe, which I cna't wait to see them together on the big screen again! Get it!

My spouse doesn't even care or notice typically the difference and with 'tis she was in awe at the difference from 1080 to 4k. Movie was really good as well. Way better than the same old Empire State climbing.

Visually this is my favorite Kong movie. HDR along with the wider color gamut really gives this movie a great sense of depth and realism. Story wise this is my second favorite after the King Kong from the 70's.

A well written movie with a twist and a new take on the monster King Kong. Great cast as well. I saw this movie twice in theaters and made sure to buy it on Blu ray. I highly recommend this action packed film.

This movie is everything a King Kong movie should be. Just enough story and just enough action. Nothing overly done, and they set up nicely for future sequels. This is a movie I will watch over and over again!

This is a great package. I was always torn between buying 3D or 4K movies in the past but loved that they included both. I enjoyed the movie more than the last King Kong movie. It was good watching in 3D as well as 4k and the visual effects are great.

Really loved this movie. Great effects and story. Much better than the one done years ago with Jack Black. Interesting how it fits into the new monster movie franchise they are trying to do. 4K HDR is awesome
