A good version of Kong. Brie Larson id excellent as is Samuel Jackson. Excellent sound in ATMOS and great visuals in 4K

I have always loved King Kong. Back to the early black and white days. This Kong was amazing. The special effects were fantastic. I enjoyed the movie, just wish one particular character had died.

This movie is really a great reboot of the King Kong franchise. I was not disappointed as I usually do not watch the King Kong movies. Thank you Best Buy for having this movie at a great price.

Settling Kong in the 70s as the protector of his world from hollow earth monster brings the movie into the modern age. The setting was well constructed. Samuel Jackson does well as the protagonist, unable to see beyond his need for revenge.

Having seen most of the King Kong movies this version is the most up to date. Great cast, good script, and Kong is simply majestic! If you liked Godzilla then you will no doubt enjoy this movie!

Kong is a great example of modern filmmaking in a location that has until now been unseen by most folks in the West. Nice effects and a fresh and thrilling take on the classic monster movie genre.

I had no idea what I was getting into st the theater when I watched this one. From the music to the camera and weapon types I was amazed and impressed by the detail and story arc. Great characters fun plot a must see and a must own for me!

I was surprise that this movie was very good. Lots of action and Kong came out better than I thought. I saw the previous King Kong movie and was worried this one might be good but it was. Must own!!

Great special effects and great intro into Legendary's monster series which will contain both Godzilla and King Kong..a good cast and storyline and a hint of a mysterious group looking for legendary monsters makes this an intriguing movie.

This is the Kong movie we deserve. Kong is massive and brutal and now you can really believe if he were alive he could take on the army and win. Great story that links to the new Godzilla movie.

Trying to reboot, or alter the Iconic King Kong is pretty much impossible (see King Kong Lives) Kong Skull Island is a perfect way to add to Kongs Legend! Awesome steelbook packaging as well!

Great package and the only way to get 4K, Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, and Digital all in one release. They should do this kind of comprehensive release with Steelbook packaging on all new tentpole movies.

The movie was great, but to watch the movie in HD I had to use the vudu and internet. My Samsung DVD player wont play all of the hd movies I buy. Thank god for the digital copy. 5 stars for that

Just finished watching this movie very good action scenes. Special effects were very good the only way you watch this movie on the 65 inch TV in 4K

Great king Kong movie, I love how the CGI depicts how big he really is and his muscle definition. I also love the ending and how they set everything up for the card selection of monster storyline.

Great, fun, fast-paced movie. Not campy, very exciting. Not cheesy, certainly grabs your attention. Military action is realistic and the 3D is great. Not over the top, just right. You'll have fun!

Kong Island was fun to watch and kept me interested threw the whole film. I liked Peter Jackson's Kong story better, but also liked where this film is heading. Hopefully to a monster island movie.

i bought this product on a thanksgiving deal and must say haven't regretted it at all...movie has some eye catching situations..wonderful cinematography..good acting and highly entertaining..

Graphics and realness of the animals or monsters are very good. They look realistic. The story line is not that good though. Not intense or scary at all like the Kong movie. No standout actors either. Still has Kong for the fans of Kong.

DVD came in good condition and came 4 days earlier than expected. Amazing CGI. But story isn’t that captivated and not as much scenes with the human characters with Kong as I was hoping for.
