And should not be killed off. I had to travel 20 miles from one Best Buy store to another just to get a last copy of this the week it came out. That's ridiculous. You sold us 3d TVS Best Buy. So please sell us 3d blurays in store!.

I have seen every "King Kong" movie made and I must say this was quite different. The other prehistoric animals were unique. Even so, it kept my attention and the storyline was a bit unusual.

Finally a solid King Kong movie with out him messing up a city. This movie was full of solid action, great special effects and a story line that was funny and surprising all at the same time.

One name: Samuel L. Jackson! Tom Hiddleston did a great job as well. I thought this ‘Kong’ tale is an intriguing take on an old tale. I am excited that this movie is going to be an introduction to a bigger ‘cinematic universe.’

Love the music in the movie, the monsters, and cast in this movie. Great film. Even more entertaining in 3D. Can't wait for Kong vs. Godzilla in 2021.

This movie has the biggest Kong ever put on film. Yes, the characters are slightly under developed, but it make up for it by the spectacular special effects and the mega size monster action.

Nice monster fantasy movie! Really brought out the kid in me when watching this. I wish there would have been more monsters to encounter in the movie, but that's the greedy kid in me.

What's not to like here? Great audio and stellar image transfers, all with a story that is fun - and one that serves as a setup to a matchup against another iconic movie beast.

I enjoy these kind of movies. The acting is good & it's got lots of action which I love. It's worth buying & to me is better than the other King Kong or King Kong type movies.

Beautiful may not be a word one would use to describe King Kong, but the crisp and clear picture with this 4K disc is amazing! The price was right, and the picture quality can’t be beat.

Man bad, Ape good! Sound familiar? Well he may not be taking over the world like his cousins, but he is definitely saving it from itself!! Great action flick with awesome actors. Go Cubs!!!

It is a shame 3D is being forced out of Hollywood- this is a perfect example of why 3D is enjoyable - I wouldn't call it reference quality but watching King Kong in 3D is the best way imo.

King Kong is one of my child hood favorites. I enjoyed sitting down with the family and watching this new version of the story. Monsters looked realistic and the graphics were spectacular.

I love the movie!! Yes, it's a bit hokey but the action and soundtrack are great! A great addition to the King Kong series. And, yes, I do like every Kong movie, including the cheesy old ones. This movie does not disappoint.

Big fan of all the monster movies and they did a great job on this. You get to see plenty of Kong action right from the start. Have not watched 4k version yet, but HD looks really good.

I collect the Kong movies from 1933 on. I have updated any of them that come out in blu-ray. Blu-ray brings out the hairs on the skin. If you are a Kong fan, you need this in your library.

Great sci-fi movie. Enjoyed all the King Kong movies and especially this one. Just when you think another Kong movie, how good can it be? We'll, it was great. The storyline was very good.

Forget the other King Kong movies, this is the best King Kong movie remake thus far. The action is intense, with a fresh, new believable plot & acting. A definite must own and must see!!!!

This was a great buy! Image quality is amazing with great use of HDR and deep dark black levels. The dolby atmos track is also reference quality with deep bass throughout. It's a must buy!

Hadn't heard much about this movie before hand, but it looked interesting. Was well worth watching. Story line moved right along, alot of action. Well worth watching and glad we bought it.
