First I had no desire to watch but after persuasion from a friend I decided to give it a try. I was surprised how much I liked it. Kept me on the edge of my seat until the end. Will watch again.

3D and 4K with Blu-Ray combos should continue. Best way to buy this movie. Steelbook itself is ok. First time watching this movie and enjoyed it. Nice setup for franchises. Would watch this again

Fantastic special effects. The story is pretty decent. John C. Reilly steals the show. There are a couple of things that are kind of stupid but for the most part the movie was solid entertainment!

I was apprehensive about this movie because the last one with Jack Black was so boring. This one was so good! Great story, great acting & good popcorn movie. Watching this is two hours well spent.

How many times can they make the same movie over?. Finally we get to see a King Kong that moves in a different direction! Can't wait to see the sequel to this!

Excellent storyline! Visual effects, on the money! And then we had the added pleasure of seeing Mr. Jackson at his best!!!

This is a movie that I wanted to own. This was a good quality production that came in a nice package including DVD, blu ray and digital at a reasonable price.

Great movie. Full of good CG scenes of huge monsters. Can't go wrong. Only regret is that I should have bought this as 4K instead of 1080p Blu-ray.

I already got a blu -ray, but bought same movie 4K. For more much better picture and sound. It was good choice. It was much better, Not too much ... . It was real good monster movie ever.

This Kong will be bigger than other Kong movies. The story not much new, but CG/ Monsters action is great. Do not miss last end of the scene after ending credit , It will be continue next movie.

A lot of fun to be had with this summer blockbuster that reintroduces audiences to everyone's favourite giant ape. Nowhere near the emotional heft of Peter Jackson's remake, but fun nevertheless.

Kong: Skull Island was one of the most underrated movies of last year. It was great from beginning to end. The 3D is worth the extra money for this one!!

The image quality here is top-notch from beginning to end. Read reviews that said the 4k version didn't (couldn't?) improve much upon this 2k mastered flick/Blu-Ray. Audio is killer, as well.

There are not too many 4K/3-D/Blu-ray combo's. It was refreshing to see a new release be bundled in this way. The movie itself is fantastic and looks amazing.

Legendary Entertainment has nailed it with King:Skull Island. Great SFX and King Kong looked awesome! Ready for Godzilla vs Kong. Steelbook case is very nice.

I like this version of King Kong better than the others. Lots of action. And Kong isn't the only giant mammal in this picture. And Kong isn't the bad guy.

Begins with a ww ll vet shoot down of Japanese pilot then the mystery good action & journey in skull island. New monster creature & different love hate between girl and ape all right enjoyable.
