If your a fan of the monster movies then this is a must have went to the theater and watched it then bought it when it came out on blu ray

I heard bad things about this movie before I rented it. I watched it and I liked the different direction they took with "King Kong". So much so that I ended up buying it.

Originally was gonna skip this till I found out about the Godzilla vs Kong movie and had to watch it. Glad I did, really good action movie

did not get to see it in the theater.bought it at best buy watched it on our insignia 44 tv very good picture and the movie was very good.

A more faithful retelling of the original Kong saga. Let's hope that when they start mashing monsters together that it keeps the same amount of fun, fire, and spectacle.

Kong was great but there where too many big name actors in this that movie somewhat unbalanced at times. Looks great on bluray though.

My type of movie!!! Love all kinds!!! Use to love the old King Kong movies when I was young. New graphics and new stories what more could you want!!! I’m a 80s baby!!!!

I almost didn't buy it, thinking another Kong movie? But glad I did this is the best Kong movie yet almost realistic and not corny at all.

Got this on the first day. Nice to have 4K and regular blu ray in one package (not to mention the 3D). Steelbook looks awesome by the way.

Another great action-oriented remake to the classic story now crafted to fit into a much larger universe of soon-to-be-clashing monsters.

This is a different take on the usual Kong. He's not a bad guy and he's not being taken from his home. He's actually a good guy fighting creepy skull lizardy things.

They did a great job with this movie. It feel like everything fit together well and they did a great job casting. Solid story and acting.

I have liked the kind of movies since I was a kid. King Kong, Godzilla Etc... This is a great reboot looking forward to more Kong Movies.

I liked the fact that they broke away from the love story between Kong and the young lady. I just didn't want to see the same story over and over with better graphics.

Another good monster movie leading into Godzilla 2. Creature effects were amazing but do wish they would have brought back the dinosaurs.

I didn't read reviews before buying, so I was pleasantly surprised with how good this film was. It's truly non-stop action and has an appropriate amount of humor in it.

I wasn't a huge fan of samuel's character but otherwise this movie was pretty good Definitely a different and, to some probably, better take on Peter Jackson's version

Nice start to the beginning of a franchise of films, not limited to Kong but other characters (won't spoil it). I will say stay past the end credits. It's worth the wait.

Kong is so awesome in this. I love the setting and the cast. This movie is a lot of fun and can't wait to see this kong take on Godzilla.

Purchase this dvd for our new curve tv, excellent picture! Detail so clear felt like we were part of the movie...movie was great too!
