Fall off the Xbox x/s controller

The height and feel is great, but they constantly fall off.. I’m not sure if I received a defective product, but I’m literally unable to use them. Quite disappointed!

They did not They don't stay on controller knob well at all. They don't seem to make a difference when playing games either. Wish I didn't buy bc making returns sucks like this product.
