Only one hiccup to deal with now

That is, every time it boots up we get a message that indicates that there is either no internet available or it says internet was interrupted. Then runs some diagnostics and the nest thing we know everything Is connected. Good end result, but why ? We have a ten year old Dell connected to the same Modem sitting right next to the new one and it does not have this problem.
