This was easy to install, but works very inconsistently, even the supplied sensor key works very inconsistently. could never get the security feature to work right. even after the download that allowed auto calibration. I was still able to unlock door when the phone was inside the house. also have to wait too long to open door. very slow response. I went back to a keypad lock. after my daughter could not get in because her phone was dead.

Only worked some of the time. Returned for store credit.

i bought this item thinking it would've been like the keyless entry in a car but is nothing alike, sometimes it doesn't recognize the fob and u gotta tap it two or three times, its a good product but it still has room to improve. also it promise to be able to lock and unlock remotely with your cellphone but the option is not even available in the app

You have to have one of these!! It is the most convenient thing I have done for my family.

It opens or unlocks when u approach the door and locks whey u leave. It is really neat.

Really a great product. - sturdy construction - easy to install - easy tech set up - flexible use of either bluetooth or normal key I couldn't be happier unless they were also wifi capable for remote lock/unlock.

So far no problems, easy to install. some problems with old phones and Apps

Seems to work well. Sometimes when you are coming in and bump the door it tries to lock but works well other than that. Only downfall is people have to download the app to get the key you send them rather than just have the key on their phone.

Bought the lock 2 months ago and it works really good. No issues until now.

Some times the lock tends to stick but I have gotten use to it

The lock works great, despite the application not being accessible from the new Pixel XL phone. I had to download the APK from a different source. The setup was fairly easy and was able to update the firmware through my phone too.

Great for home automation. I recommend this lock. You should buy it.

Wasn't good use for my apartment door, very loud when the lock turns. Great technology though!

This was super easy to install and seems to work well!

Recommend the product if you are open to changing batteries more often than not. Will be returning it, as it seems to be working not to full capacity or perhaps expectation. Awaiting another launch for an updated product that may work on solar power v. batteries.

I have a disables son and this lock is easy for him to unlock

The lock works great! My kids forget their keys all the time but never forget their phone and now they don't get locked out. Did have to purchase 2 more "licenses" for additional phone, but well worth the $2 each.

I love this lock I can use my finger to unlock the door
