Using my cell phone app I have to have the phone open to the app for it to Lock or unlock it. Didn't realize that. Nice to touch to open but can't have my hands full with other items.

I have three kids so I am always going in and out of the house this makes it easy when you have the kids in the car running with the keys.

This doorlock i got was on clearance and was able to pick up for a great price. Works great, love it. Would recommend it to anyone.

It’s such a pleasure not having to “dig” for keys. I just touch the lock and ,as long as I have my phone, the lock opens.

Love not having to find my keys in my purse. Now all I have to do is touch the lock to enter my house. Was not hard to set up.

Advertising claimed this will work now with android systems. It does not! Will work with only certain mobile operating systems, of course it does not work on mine.

Love this lock! Was a little worried I would have to hold the FOB or my cell really close to it for it to work but with my keys and cell in my purse it can read them just fine. Makes getting in and out so much easier! Only downside is it takes a few seconds to unlock. My tech-avoiding parents loved it so much they're thinking of getting one as well!

This is a great product for replacing a dead bolt lock. You can easily control the lock when not home. Works flawlessly.

I use both the Nexia locks and the Kevo. I have found that the kevo is the better lock for interior situations where a keypad would detract from the interior

I really like the touch feature but you kind of have to have your phone close to the lock. It is connected via Bluetooth and you need to have the app running in the background on your phone.

Easy install and works great for kids to get in the house quickly. Can track who is entering house and times.

The Kevo bluetooth smart lock is a very good item that works fairly well. Occasionally it says that it is jammed after the bolt closes in the locked position but it is actually fine.

I love this gadget. It doesn't always work as it should but it's not bad enough for me to return it.

Bought one of these locks about 45 days ago, after reading the reviews, that appeared mostly positive. I'm finding that the lock loses connection with the app, and to lock the door I have to pull out my phone, go into the app, and allow the lock to find my phone. If I'm going to do all that, I would use a standard key. The reason I bought the lock, is so I could come and go, with my hands full, and not have to fumble through my pockets for keys. Having to fumble for my iPhone, and risk dropping it, actually makes the situation worse than using keys. I'm not sure what Kwikset needs to do, to keep the lock paired to phones when they are in range. My whole family is experiencing the same issues, so it's not just one phone, so that would rule out the phone. Great idea, mechanism works well, just poor delivery on the software.

Works as advertised and very easy to install and program the fob for multiple locks. Very pleased.
