The ability to send ekeys to renters and keep access restricted without a regular key or changing security codes is the best feature. Remote administration requires Kevo plus but the features far outweigh the small addition one time cost.

If your finger brushes against it, while opening or closing the door, it will activate. Doesn't work when you want it to, but works when you don't.

Unfortunately, since the device does not always recognize your phone or key fob, I cannot rate the product 5 stars. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and recommend it to anyone who wants to go keys free. As a side note, change the battery as soon as the battery starts getting low. Once you get to that point, the lock becomes far less responsive and it becomes frustrating trying to get the lock to work.

The this app tended to crash alot and then would not operate the lock. I had to return this. I suspect it was the lollipop O/S, that was the issue with the app.
