Although a little pricy, the lock does everything I hoped it would. Being able to give someone temporary access and knowing who and when someone enters your home is great.

It works as advertised and easy to install in existing door.

It does exactly what you think it will and it's very easy. Your phone has to be unlocked which is unfortunate but at least you don't have to have to actual app open and your phone out of your pocket. Just let the app run in the background and hit you home button to wake your phone up and tap the lock. Easy.

The lock works great but does go though batteries quickly.

Had a few issues after installing this lock. Turned out that the batteries that it came with were dead. Working perfect after that. Would have been five stars but the app doesn't work with my HTC phone.

Overall I like it but barely today I am having difficulty with cold weather maybe causing malfunction.

Bought this lock thinking I would be able to remotely lock and unlock my door from anywhere. Sadly this feature was not available. This device works strictly through Bluetooth, but would not work every time. If I recalibrated my it would work shortly after, but by the next morning the door would not lock. After multiple attempts recalibrating my device and having the same issue every time I decided to return Kevo. This product has a great design and if they ever include remote lock/unlock I may give it another try.

This is a wonderful tech item. We were having our front door replaced so I wanted to update the hardware at the same time. Did a lot of reading and I like the fact this looks like a normal deadbolt on the outside. We use it everyday, I especially like how I was able to re-key it to use the same key for all the other locks in our home and the shed in the backyard. My hands are always full when coming home from work, so this makes it so much easier to unlock the door without using my key.

Great lock. Easy to install, and setup. Works great to give out temp keys instead of trying to keep up with physical keys.

The lock works great. Sometimes the lock has a hard time reading the finger touch if it's hot. Very easily connects to phone app and very easy to sends digital keys to specific individuals.

Easy install. Simple to use. Seems solid and well made. I wish it could be controlled by Amazon Alexa to lock all the doors before bed. Hopefully integration with Echo is on the way.

I would absolutely recommend this dead bolt lock to everyone. Works great no issues at all. The fob key and phone both work amazingly well. The phone app doesn't ned to be opened to work either.

I like this door lock because you don't need to use your key because it connects directly to your phone. Very easy to lock and unlock by just touching the lock. Great Product.

Great to have when coming home with groceries or just your hands full! My bedroom is upstairs, if I'm in bed and someone comes to the door I don't have to get up to let them in

I read quite a few reviews of people having issues with the lock not responding in a timely manner, this has not been my experience. I did go through the manual calibration process though. I have been very pleased with the lock both in recognizing my phone. I have had it lock the bolt when I didn't want to occasionally but only because I touched the lock unintentionally. As this was something I never had to think about before, I will just have to be more aware. Overall I am glad I purchased despite some of the reviews I read. I am overall, very happy with the purchase. I will be upgrading to the online service soon.

It is so hard to calibrate and keep it calibrated. I have spent so many hours trying. Their tech support is responsive I just think the product was released early... needs work

I JUST LOVE TIS LOCK ESPECIALLY WHEN WORKING OUTDOORS AND HANDS ARE DIRTY I JUST PLACE MY HANDS NEAR AND DOOR UNLOCK . I CAN GO ON BACKMOF HOUSE AND LOCK DOOR WITH A WAVE OF MY HAND

This is a great smart lock. You can lock and unlock without having to use a key or your taking your phone out of your pocket. Simply tap the side of the lock and your good to go. You can also grant people access through their phones as well. The only feature not built into this lock is the ability to remotely lock and unlock. Kwikset does sell an accessory that can be added in order to have that feature.

I bought this product because a lot of my clients have it. I do in home consulting for areas like atherton, Palo Alto, and emerald hills in the Bay Area. I wanted an easy way to share the key with my house keeper etc. I like the ease of use and the ability to track who comes and goes.
