Easy to install. Works every time gong in or out. Doesn't automatically close after you exit, but its far more reliable that way and you don't use a key in any case. We're using it as a second deadbolt at night.

Quick and Easy set up. Comes with a smart key so you can use your current house keys without visiting a locksmith. Excellent range and easy installation. The app walks you through step by step. Great product!

The installation and rekeying of this lock was quite simple when following the instructions in the online install guide. It walks you through each step of the install. It did take me more than 15 minutes to complete though!

Convenient product, occasionally will not lock with one touch as it is supposed to, which is fine because I can use the app or key, but less convenient if a child or someone without is trying to lock the door and it malfunctions. Rare occurance though.

Though I love the idea of this lock, it seems to stick a lot and won't connect to my Alexia as promised even after I purchased for an additional $100 for the Kevo Plus that's supposed to allow me to unlock door from another location, so not really happy that after $300 which doesn't include the $230 Echo Show, that I spent a lot of money and very disappointed.

Takes too long to open. Half the time key would open before phone connects, but the kids can get in without a key, which was the point

The Kivo wireless lock set was easy to program and use. Just a touch opens the lock, and remote locking an assure you whether you forgot to lock it when you left. Temporary access for guests come in handy.

We love this electronic lock! Easy to use with the app. You no longer need to carry your keys with you :). However, installing the lock was a bit challenging. It took us 2 hours to figure it out.

While the time it took to install the lock was longer than I had anticipated, it provides a secure yet flexible way to control access to my house for friends and family - as well as a cleaning service.

This product is awesome. IT's eay to install and use. It allows me to monitor and secure my home when away and negates the need for my children to have home keys...now it's done throught their phone.

after 2 days of installation we start having an issue of using this smart door lock, me and my husband using this door lock but as soon as one of us using the system it kicks out the 2nd user out of the account and we have to log in again each time in order to use it, it is good for only one person logged in and use the system not for multiple people, we have to contact the customer service to see if they can fix this issue we just installed this a week ago

Easy to install the only problem I had was getting the other lock properly lined up so the deadbolt would lock properly. It also goes through batteries pretty quickly.

Lock was easy to install and works as advertised. There is a key fob available as well so the lock can be used without a phone. Will be purchasing another lock for a second door.

I have a lot of keys because of my job and I hate trying to find my key to get in and I use to always lock my self out no more

I love the convenience of not having to take a key if we go walk/run... but sometimes it locks/unlocks without anyone touching it. Luckily it happens when we are home and our phones are in range... but still not 100% safe feeling.

Super awesome to haven't your phone as the key and being able to send keys to someone else. Makes life way more Convient, normally don't forget the phone! But usually the keys

When I bought this I didn't know that you needed a hub too which made it more pricey than I wanted to spend

I recommend this lock for the moms and dads in a hurry and sometimes forget to lock your door because you can lock it straight from your smartphone no problem
