Building the kit is fun and challenging. The game portions are so quirky and I'm excited to play more.

I knew I needed this as soon as I saw it. It is a must if you have Mario Kart, you can use the steering wheel!

Spent a few hours with my 9 year old son assembling everything. He was fascinated to see how everything came together and worked inside. He had a blast and it was easy enough to play that even my 4 year old was able to play. It is made of cardboard, so make sure you have a place safe to keep it. Although it is fairly sturdy I recommend setting it on a surface such as a dining tray, coffee table, etc for playing and then just place the pedal on the floor.

This kit was a lot of fun to put together. It's so cool to see the clever way they used cardboard to create mechanical systems. The tactile feedback of the submarine is my favorite part. My kids played with these a lot more than they played with the variety kit. Of course the down side to Labo is there is only so much you can do if you aren't going to program using the garage and they are really big to keep around. This set is no different.

It's a good activity to do, it takes a while to assemble all the parts. But afterwards it;s fun to play.

We have a 6 year old and love that he is doing this with us and preparing his mind to be analytical.

It is very nice for kids, but needs an adult potentially to build it. It also has limited capabilities and can be used only with some games.

Bought this for my 8 year olds who love legos and video games. The game plan is interesting, however the fun part is building with cardboard. If you are looking for high end switch game, this is not what you want. However, you want a fun family thing to do with your kids, you should consider buying labo.
