Great e-bike for first time users! The bike feels safe to ride, great features, easy to use, comfortable, and overall good quality.

I Love it!!! I ride 16 miles everyday to go play pickleball, without using pedal assist. On the way home, I use the throttle the whole time, and still have battery left!!! It’s Great!!!

I don't drive. And in the past I've had to rely on public transportation to get me to where I needed to go. Not anymore. Already put on over 200 miles on this bike as my daily commuter and it handles like a champ! Added a few mirrors and she's good to go for the road.

It’s a good bike but 80 mile rage is not true as advertised.

Crappie... no help at all I bought a Ebike new in a box took home and the bike doesn't work and i paid $1'300 dollars for this bike and i went back and the manager said he cant help me and they don't take bike back i have to contact the manufacturer of the bike.. SORRY. And thats it.. im #@$#. basically... So its been a month since i bought the bike and haven't rode it yet... Best but shouldn't sell things they dont stand behind.. and warranty these bike .. So no help from best buy... So don't buy from this place... And this is best buy at portland OR. CASCADE STATION.. SUCKS.....8/02/2025

Had a long review but had issues posting. So here is a "shorter" review. Unfortunately, I got one of the bad motor bikes. Loud and sent vibrations through the bike under heavy torque. Luckily, Lectric has quick and awesome customer service in Arizona (remember Best Buy does not allow returns or service e-bikes). After confirming purchase and serial number. Sending a video of the noise. Lectric shipped a new wheel/motor. In under an hour I had it swapped out. Pay close attention to order of nuts, washers and retaining bits. Now the bike rides as intended. Thanks to Katie at Lectric. The whole process took about a week from first email to final fix and riding. So, the bike. This is my 5th e-bike, 3rd from Lectric. And this bike is what the dream is all about. Finally, no more ghost riding (peddling and not keeping up or adding an effort to the motor). Now the bike has proper gears, plenty of ride modes and with torque sensor, your effort is actually used to extend rides. And long rides are possible with the much larger battery. Maybe not 85mi, but 30-55 depending on effort and terrain. At over 50 myself, with bad knees from 30 years of physical work. It is great when you power over hills or when simply tired to be able to just throttle back to the start of the trail. The goal is to be outside and get some exercise. Nobody likely buys a 70'ish pound bike to peddle the whole way. As for the combo kit. The items are good, but it is the stuff the bike should always have. It used to be extra money on the early bikes, but is now usually added on as a bonus. This group is the items you do want and will use. Overall, Lectric is the biggest e-bike seller in the US for a massive reason. The bikes are mostly affordable, optioned well for the price, built with quality items to not give you grief and their customer service is top notch. Also, don't forget that their batteries and chargers have not had to be recalled over safety issues. This is their gen 4 bike and they just keep getting better. For the price and reputation, you won't find better for less money. One final thing. While the bike is shipped "ready to go". You will spend about 15min unwrapping the bike. Installing the seat into post, clicking peddles on, unfolding bike and handlebars and airing up the tires. No tools needed short of the air pump. Easy to give for Christmas. Just give them the whole box and add a bike pump in the stocking.

We bike is awesome. Great power and long life battery Climbs hills better than any ebike ive rode. Lectric xp 4 750 watt is a 5 star ebike with no issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

A comfortable ride, even without the assist turned on (providing you don't have to deal with too much elevation!). Make sure to get it checked out by a bike shop before you start putting real mileage on though, I had to have my brakes serviced within the first couple of weeks. You will definitely not get 85 miles of range.

I love how you have the option to run class 1,2 or 3. This one was for my wife as I bought myself the green high step and we love them both. I keep adding accessories like a Swiss Army knife lol. Heading to Cades Cove in Tennessee to really enjoy these things. They are also a bit bigger than you would expect from pictures and they do fit in some 40 gallon totes when folded for easier transportation.

Extremely comfortable and battery lasts forever compared to the 45mi range model!

A little harder to setup than I imagined, but works great.

I was worried i would not like it, or get bored quickly, but the opposite has happened. I love it and want to ride constantly. I needed something to help rehab a knee injury, and this allows me the fredom to take longer trips from home with pain of walking.

Excellent and beautiful LECTRIC EBIKES as I bought 2 of these babies. Oh my god the Best Buy company along with partnership with lectric company partnership is an ebiker dream. Bestbuy with lectric warranty is a great to have along with both companies having outstanding customer service and bestbuy being local means have to ship my EBIKES out in case of repairs what a win win. Will be purchasing an lectric etrike from bestbuy also with warranty.

Good bike goes fast even without the 3rd driving level and super reliable only tip is be sure to tighten screws on handlebar and trigger that folds bike.

We are disappointed in Lectric regarding a well-known motor issue they have publicly acknowledged, which causes constant loud feedback and vibration between 13–16 mph. We purchased TWO NEW XP4 e-bikes on August 5, 2025, reported the defect, told to record videos of each bike showing the issue, complete online warranty forms, provide proof of purchase, and now WAIT until September for replacement motors, then schedule repairs with a local shop. Why are we, as new customers, made to feel like your employees just to get our new e-bikes working? Lectric has suggested we continue using the bikes until the motors are replaced, but that is not realistic. The feedback is loud, the vibration carries through the seat, and the ride is uncomfortable. In our opinion, these bikes should not have been released in this condition. A quicker resolution, such as replacing the defective e-bikes, would have been the better choice. A full video review, step-by-step experience, will be released once we have working bikes.
