CoOp game play is awesome. AI is frustrating during CoOp if you do not have enough friends to play all 4 CoOp slots. Game difficulty is one of the hardest I have encountered in all my years of gaming. Expert level is no joke! Graphics are on the level with other high level games. This is a must buy!

Just like the first LEFT 4 DEAD game, this sequel is just as awesome, but definitely more challenging. There are so many more weapon options. follow this link to see: http://www.brighthub.com/video-games/pc/articles/59301.aspx This game is more of a challenge since it's a story-line from the first campaign level all the way through to the last one. there are also different challenges in each level; there's more to it than just playing through, then signaling for help and waiting to be rescued. Both LEFT 4 DEAD and LEFT 4 DEAD 2, are alot of fun.

I purchased this game for my son who is stationed overseas. Another soldier also got the game and they have been able to play against/with each other and have really enjoyed it.

This game is a great game but this kind of game you would want to most likely to rent than to buy.....b/c this game is way too short.....but if your the kind of person that doesn't get bored on playing on the same 5 stages over and over again...then you should get the game

This game is great in a lot of ways. Its fun to play the online because you need to use teamwork. The campaing is a lot of fun but too short. Theres a good selection of weapons. Its bad because of the fact that you can beat it in one sitting, and the characters act like there helpless. But overall its a GREAT game!

This is a game that took everything that was right from the first game and made it better. More weapons, more gore and more action. The change in setting and versitle characters are good too. Check it out!

I don't play many "zombie" games, but this one caught my attention. It's fun and addicting.

This game is awesome. My three grandsons love it! It can be played in single player mode or multi-player mode. Good graphics, although can be a little scary for younger children.

If you enjoy hanging out with your buddies and killing zombies, then this is the game for you. While this game is fun to play by yourself, the real enjoyment comes from the co-op! New melee weapons and more ammunition make this game more fun than the original.

Valve makes excellent games like Half Life (like, uh, where's Half Life 3?), Portal and this game, Left 4 Dead. Obviously it's a great co-op game, but I do wish they tried harder with single player. Still, very good game for what it is.

First off...if you are a fan of the first LFD, this game is not going to dissapoint you. Yes, it is basically the same as the first with new zombies, weapons, etc., but that is what I expected out of it. The graphics are very good and the campaign is great as well. I loved the first game and I'm glad they did not change the mechanics much in this one. The new melee weapons as well as better guns make this game more enjoyable and the new zombies such as the "jockey" are great. Online modes, as in the first LFD, are great as well. The makers of this game came up with a great formula for the first game and so I don't blame them for not changing it much. As I said earlier...if you love the first one, you have to get this one. It is well worth it wether you pay full price or get it on sale.

Left 4 Dead 2 is a fantastic game. Especially if you are looking for some co-op play. Mainly it's a shoot em up (or...smash/chainsaw/chop) but it takes a bit of strategy sometimes to defeat the final levels. They give you a lot of options to adjust so that you can play the game many times over.

L4D 2 adds some much-needed excitement over the first installment, forcing you to advance or be overwhelmed by waves of zombies. New classes of "special infected" add much-needed variety to encounters. Unfortunately, the AI-controlled "bot" characters make certain scenes nearly impossible to complete when playing a 2-player game locally, as they tend to be less helpful than those found in the first L4D game. Simply put, they'll stand next to you and not help at all in many instances when the action gets intense. You're going to need help via Xbox Live to succeed if you wish to use split-screen co-op.

Bought this video game for my brother for xmas, age 10. He enjoys playing as the undead characters. We play online together and he finds it pretty easy to navigate through and figure out the map layouts for gameplay.

This is one of the best video game sequels I've ever played. It takes the foundation of the original and it makes everything better. The online play is also great.

Fun game if you like shooting and kiling Zombies my teenage sons love playing online where you can be a zombie or human on a killing spree

This has been the greatest game I have bought my son and his family. They tend to argue as to who is going to play first. All in fun

If you love zombies, you have to get this game. Better than the first.

Still a multiplayer based game like the first. It is more real like (more guts more blood). The new zombies are just as basic as the the original. Based also on story.

If you liked the first one, you will love this one! The campaigns are longer and there are more challenges. There are also more weapons and more campaigns than the first one!
