[Employee of bestbuy] Best game ever, no need for anything but the legion go 2 with a great screen and great gameplay great graphics it’s my EDC when I’m on the go and want convenient gaming , or if I want to chill at home in bed best thing I’ve bought goes good for emulation

I was originally planning to build a very small form factor PC that I could take on trips overseas, but then realized I’d also need to buy a portable monitor and other accessories which felt like a hassle. After doing some research on handheld gaming PCs, I decided to go with the Lenovo Legion Go 2 Z2 Extreme 32GB 1TB, mainly because of its massive OLED display and the sheer number of features it offers. The detachable controllers are awesome, and the overall design feels premium and flexible. I use it now as my “Switch on Steroids,” especially since I paired it with an eGPU dock and RX 9070 XT. When I’m at home, I can run AAA games at high settings with zero issues. It’s definitely not a cheap device, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you can afford it, go for it—you won’t regret it. The only downside is that it takes about 1–2 hours of setup and updates out of the box, but once that’s done, it’s smooth sailing.

Gorgeous and very capable device. I wish it was lighter and thinner but the performance and the OLED screen justifies the price and weight. Intalled Bazzite / Steam OS and it works even better. Highly recommend to dual boot so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

This is a low techy techy review, I just upgrade from the steam deck and I'm in love so far, I was scared because I heard a lot about having to do a lot of day one prep and installs but it was regular CPU start up stuff and I was ready to play in like an hour or two. It's been great I haven't found a game I can't play yet, and the screen is gorgeous. The only concern has been the sleep mode, it never really turns off, so I can't put it sleep mode and put it in a case because the heat is still going and the case would block the vents. So I actually have to save and turn it off,but besides that works amazing. Right, lastly I'm a big guy so the size and weight are perfect breath of fresh air in today's age where everything is trying to be lighter.

Best handheld out there. Screen is fire fast and nice and premium. Only thing is that it gets a little heavier after long play sessions but worth it for the experience.

Pros: screen is best I’ve ever used. 8-10gb of vram with 22-24 left over is game-changing. Way more ergonomic than the first LeGo and much sturdier. Runs much cooler. Speakers much improved (not as good as ally xbox). Cons: pain to upgrade ssd if you’re uninitiated. Oled screen in minimum brightness loses luster. Z2 extreme is not much of an upgrade. Weight not an issue for me but can understand why it would be for some. Bottom line: this is everything I want in a handheld pc (but I’m a console gamer first, using this to play favorites during commutes). With trade-ins, reward certificates, and 24mo financing through Best Buy, this isn’t a financial hit for best buy credit card users. Highly recommend 4tb ssd and 1tb micro express.

Lenovo has fixed most of my gripes with the Legion Go 1. The OLED display is the star of the show here, but nearly every other aspect of this device is improved. You’re not spending your money on a new chip, however. You’re only gaining maybe 10-20% performance at maximum power, but you do get a significant efficiency gain at lower TDPs. The controllers are a massive improvement, but they still needed an additional grip to be truly comfortable. The controllers are so narrow that the right analog stick sits too close to the edge, so hand cramps are still a reality with this heavy of a device. However, the extra aftermarket grips (search on Etsy) fix all of this. Overall, the value proposition for this device is middling at best. If it’s worth it to you for what’s on offer, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I bought the Lenovo Legion Go 2 and I am really happy with it. This is my first handheld gaming PC, and it feels like a full computer in your hands. The display quality is amazing. The 8.8-inch OLED screen is bright, sharp, and very smooth with 144Hz. Games look colorful and clear, which makes a big difference while playing. The performance is strong. With the Ryzen Z2 Extreme and 32GB RAM, it runs most games smoothly. I can play many titles at good settings without major issues. It feels fast and reliable. The design and size are good. It is a bit big and slightly heavy, but it actually feels comfortable to hold, especially for longer sessions. The detachable controllers are a nice feature. The battery life is decent. I usually get around 2–3 hours depending on the game, which is expected for a powerful device like this. The versatility is one of the best parts. Since it runs Windows, I can use it like a small PC, connect accessories, or even play on a bigger screen. Overall, this is a premium handheld device with excellent screen quality, solid performance, and great flexibility. If you want a powerful gaming device you can carry anywhere, this is definitely worth it.

I never thought I would use It as much as I am. Hands down the best OLED screen I've seen. Runs all my current games like BF6, Arc Raiders, Genshin Impact, Warframe and more.

I can’t Some it up in a review on how pleased I am with this item. Just know that this handheld makes my life so much better. A 38-year-old man never thought I would be into gaming the way that I am. However, this handheld makes it easy for me to work and handle business and game when I have downtime without sitting at a desk starting up a big rig and being stuck in that seated position for hours.

Best handheld but expensive, can get loud and lacks the dual trackpads that a steamdeck has which makes using the one small one it offers difficult to use and better off using a third party app to allow cursor control with joysticks, really only for enthusiasts who desire a premium screen.

This product fulfills everything I was expecting plus more. It provides me access to all of my games on the go, even my AAA games. Every update it gets better and better. I also have access to my home Desktop on the go as well. Truly an amazing device.

Best gaming handheld ever. If price doesn’t matter and you want the best experience, this is it. Absolute love it and haven’t even touched my pc since I got my Lego 2. I have the game buds earbuds to go with and gives you a complete mobile pc experience.

I am coming from owning a Legion Go 1 and an OLED Nintendo Switch. This is a great new handheld. It is undoubtedly over priced especially as an upgrade from any other held. Lenovo really did hit all marks in terms of gripes from the first generation, but it comes with a heavy price. If the Legion Go S ends up getting the OLED, or if you do not care about an OLED, I would solely recommend the Legion Go S with the same specs as a better price. DBrand - White Holo Skin

This is my First gaming Pc and im so glad I bought it before the Ram apocalypse as it comes with everything you’d want for a all in one on the go experience. Built in controllers,Big Wide OLED Screen, 32GB of ram which is great for modern say titles Would definitely recommend this as a great pre built option

I've had the Lenovo Legion Go 2 since November 12th and I am absolutely enjoying it. Lenovo has acknowledged every problem and detail and has turned the tables on it's competitors. It's extremely difficult to put this device down for even five minutes without wanting to pick it up. I 100 percent recommend this device to everyone and I urge those whom are contemplating on wether to get the ROG XBOX ALLY X or THE LENOVO LEGION GO 2, to pick this one up because if I remember correctly, this device has sold out more times than the Xbox Ally X. You won't regret picking up this device, especially when looking at the custom made OLED SCREEN DISPLAY designed by Samsung. 5 STARS.

Best handheld PC i have ever owned. Beautiful large oled screen. It has a polished matte feel, and the console feel premiun on thebcontrary of the cheap plastic on the Xbox Rog Ally X. This is the best handheld PC available on the market.
