It was good if it's something you would use like if you travel a lot of don't have a dedicated PC.

Great, but don’t expect to play at high def games cus your amd won’t handle that it.

It keeps glitching and randomly turning off. Xbox games dont perform good. To get into a game i start it then it force clises then i have to start it again worst big purchase ive ever had the screen resolution is also trash if i didnt need it as a backup laptop right now i would return it

Lenovo's customer service is awful!!! I had to contact Lenovo two months after I bought this device from Best Buy when released Oct last year, and they refused service because I didn't have a Purchase Order directly from Lenovo. I asked to speak to a manager, and they replied I couldn't speak to anyone without a PO. I tried several times, and they started making fun of me because I wanted to speak to someone on charge, and repeating everything I said in the background and laughing. Support is based in India, and they greatly dislike the USA. IBM answered once the same phone number for Lenovo's support, after its India based group stopped answering my calls. Detachable controllers’ thumbs-sticks fail after a while. Lenovo won’t replace them as above, YMMV, but in my case, I did not have a PO. Very bad battery life! It could last several hours, or 30 minutes, predominantly when idle. And very basic performance. Increasing the VRAM does not help. Most games need to be launched with medium to low quality settings to guarantee playability. Legion Go is OK as a portable Windows 11 tablet, to run other applications. As a gaming device, it’s mediocre.

Awesome product. I love this device . It has become my go to for gaming. Some AAA games are too powerful to run smooth like cyberpunk but Balders Gate runs perfect

I've purchased open box models before from best buy and have never encountered an issue until this one. I purchased a open box Lenovo Legion Go open from the north kansas city location. When i arrived the tech was assisting another customer. We made eye contact and he basically assured me he'll be right with me. He was not. After about 15 mins of waiting I was approached by another associate and was asked if i needed help. He tried to help but couldnt locate the barcode to scan the item and send me on my way so he had to asked the other associate from earlier for help. He was still with the same customer and he told the other assoicatr it would be a minute before he could help and to move on to the next customer. So he did and after he cleared the line the second assiocate went and found another associate to help and he couldnt figure it out as well so we were left to wait on the first associate ( with the same customer ) and he came over with an attitude and matter of factly scolded the second associate for not opening the box and getting the serial number off the device because it wasnt on the box. And after 45 mins waiting to pick up a order. I finally reccieved a defective device that is prone to shutting off randomly. I was gonna return it and try to exchange it but since its open box i could only return it and since i paid card wait 5-7 business days for my money back. So i kept it and paid U Break I Fix to fix the faulty fans outta pocket. Overall terrible experience and a complete contrast from any other experience i had with you guys so far. To the second associate who at least tried to help thank you. But definitely need some customer service training

I purchased Feb. '25 and in the time I've had it. I had dreaded trying to play this handheld. The issue is 8 out of a 10 times it gets stuck where it doesn't start up. The phrase "the lights are on but no one is home" discribes my issues perfectly. Most times when I try to power it on, the lights come on and the fan starts but nothing comes on the screen. I did research too, and read reviews, but didn't find out this issue was common till I started looking for a fix. I regret this purchase and I hope this saves someone else from purchasing this device.

Got these on release. They are awesome and much better than the ROG ALLY. Had two ROG for my brother and myself. They both had SD card failure and even killed on of my SD cards. Very happy with Lenovo

Item is in very good condition and no issues. Bought item without any hassle and in my convenience. Best Buy is extremely recommended for gadgets.

Better than I expected! So far it has been very responsive and simple to load.

I have another portable gaming devices, but Lenovo takes the crown !!, fast, simple and very soft to the touch.

Phenomenal piece of hardware. Game Pass, Steam, and the Epic store all work well. The OLED screen is great. This is slowly replacing my Switch. The battery life is just fine.

Love it more than my ROG Ally. The cintroller options are a game changer for handheld pc systems.

It was ok but I have the rog ally and it is better. The controller was wobbly also, the only thing I liked was the bigger screen.

Been having some on-and-off issues with SD card freezes and recognition, but overall great unit. SD card issues have been steadily improving with driver updates

This product just isn’t made for me. Worse, it’s Windows. After 9 attempts to get it updated and rebooted, I put it back in the box and returned. If you like gaming devices AND Windows, the look and feel were very nice.

I own a steamdeck, Asus rog ally, GPD win 4 (2023), and an AYANEO Kun and the Lenovo Legion Go is my go to handheld PC for gaming. I love this device.

Best Buy definitely has amazing items at awesome prices. I was able to score a sweet game system for a price that beats other secondhand sites!
