The product is okay but if you have smaller hands the controls are going to be an issue as you'll have trouble reaching for the bumpers. It just never feels good since you are hitting closer to the side and not the top. Given that the FPS mode there is another button there and it feels odd depressing some when hitting the RB. Also, the back buttons since they are not symmetrically placed also feel weird and not functional as your fingers are not positioned uniformly. So you end up leaving them off making the handles feel weird since its not smooth like a normal grip. It could just be me but the detection of the onscreen Windows 11 keyboard seemed hit or miss sometimes it would just not deploy for you to type. It would serve Microsoft well if they intended to offer Windows as a gaming OS to refine it for the small screen so that the windows, fonts, etc scale well. While one would think that having the whole of Windows OS a benefit it seems to just get in the way. Having a more dedicated gaming OS which is found on the likes of Steam Deck, Switch, or even the PS Vita while limiting just getting the primary job done better. Bummer that this wasn't the handheld to rule them all.

Returns after 2 weeks. Not bad for simple gaming but for me it just wasn’t where it needed to be for a long term investment.

Good gadget to have, but if you have a ps or Xbox and/or pc not worth it. There are some cheaper alternatives.

The device is okay overall, decent performance, not so useful fps mode, and the WORST FAN WHINE I HAVE EVER HEARD FROM ANY DEVICE EVER. it is seriously droving me insane and i dont know what to do. I like this device enough to keep it snd wait to see if there is a solution, but if not over the mext few weeks i am 1000% returning this

Can run a little slow and lag occasionally, but all in all it's great for basically a portable pc.

Great deal for this game console it definitely is worth it and the payments make it more affordable for the holidays

Good if you want a mobile pc. Not great if you want a good gaming experience on recent games.

after trying the steam deck and rog ally, this is my favorite handheld

It can run games at a decent fps but dies way too quick

Micro sd card disconnects any time you let it go to sleep, squared edge of the top of controllers feels likena dagger in your hands after using it for 15 minutes. Gaming performance is good at low specs on most games screen resolution is asking too much from the hardware and kills the battery quickly.

Very useful for work and games when you’re traveling
