Thing is uncomfortable to hold for very long. Speakers sound like they are from an old portable DVD player. Batteries are draining while shut down even while plugged in

If you get a malfunction unit, you can request a new one, but really its not really that impressive. Just buy it to have it to display in your gaming setup, other than that, skip this purchase.

Wife loves it, she’s using it practically every day. If you have a techy in your life, this makes for an awesome gift.

The product is okay but if you have smaller hands the controls are going to be an issue as you'll have trouble reaching for the bumpers. It just never feels good since you are hitting closer to the side and not the top. Given that the FPS mode there is another button there and it feels odd depressing some when hitting the RB. Also, the back buttons since they are not symmetrically placed also feel weird and not functional as your fingers are not positioned uniformly. So you end up leaving them off making the handles feel weird since its not smooth like a normal grip. It could just be me but the detection of the onscreen Windows 11 keyboard seemed hit or miss sometimes it would just not deploy for you to type. It would serve Microsoft well if they intended to offer Windows as a gaming OS to refine it for the small screen so that the windows, fonts, etc scale well. While one would think that having the whole of Windows OS a benefit it seems to just get in the way. Having a more dedicated gaming OS which is found on the likes of Steam Deck, Switch, or even the PS Vita while limiting just getting the primary job done better. Bummer that this wasn't the handheld to rule them all.

Definitely need to ba familiar with pc gaming. There’s a fair amount of “tinkering” necessary to have AAA games run smooth.

This device is very handy and versatile. You can be gaming then switch to business without skipping a beat.

I love it recommend forget the rog alley and steam deck this beats all of them and emulation is great

Good gadget to have, but if you have a ps or Xbox and/or pc not worth it. There are some cheaper alternatives.

Great device, Lenovo could support it a bit more but hardware-wise this thing is a beast.

Wonderful device. Quality was perfect, despite the open box status. Store pickup was very sumple/easy as well.
