    Not a Good Experience

I had nothing but problems from the moment i turned it on. Riddled with connectivity issues (Bluetooth and WiFi). Issues with windows updates. Getting games to play decently was a chore. I know windows can be an issue with these handhelds but i returned it and bought the ROG Ally X and it has out performed the GO by miles. I really wanted the Legion Go to work out because I love the form factor, detachable joysticks, and bigger screen but unfortunately it did not.

    Touch screen suckage.

Super disappointing - Touchscreen would just wig out and enable like 4 multi-touch points. Also, has no "Xbox" button equivalent. They implemented an awful workaround for this oversight in software - you click in the right analog stick, and hit the button above and to the right of the left analog stick to do the Xbox menu button.

Bought at launch and had quite a few issues with the devices. Controllers were not working right, fps was lower than the steam deck on many games and just felt like not as good of a product as the steam deck. I am sure this has improved since launch but id recommend looking elsewhere for the same price or cheaper.

This is not like getting a big name console. PS5 controller works 10% of the time, Xbox controller works most of the time, and one of the built in controllers hardly ever work when detected. My HDMI port also went out. Had the whole thing crash on me and it became unusable. Way too expensive for something that almost does what it’s supposed to.

At this price tag, it should perform but at best this will be good with cloud gaming. With 1tb of memory, you can't fit much on this system. If you're using it solely as a desktop replacement then it's fine. I can't recommend this product though.

I wanted to love it so bad, system strained to run games like revenant 2, baldurs gate and dying light 2. Fortnite stopped being "available" to download on this device so my wife's main desire for it disappeared. I haven't played the steam deck and asus but I hope they run better with less crashing. Also only 2gb of vram is a killer.

This is without a doubt the worst gaming system I have ever used. It has had problem after problem after problem. I have literally spent more time tweaking settings and Googling how to make it work than I have played it. No exaggeration, it would not make a worthwhile product if it cost half as much as it does.
