This thing could barely keep up with "Schedule 1". Smooth gameplay on that game doesn't require much, yet the Legion would struggle at times with FPS and crash.......Went and got a Steamdeck after I returned the lenova. Steamdeck is a far better purchase in my opinion.

I ordered Bestbuy open box excellent. Super frustrating experience. The left stick didn't work properly. It kept moving right in menu and also the character in-game. The responsiveness was super slow and laggy. I would have to wait 20 secs after pressing menu button to see a response. No way I am paying close to $700 for "open box excellent" for such a bad experience.

Can't handle most of the games I play. I am returning this until it is ready for prime time. Normally play on an xbox - that is the performance I need. And I need something where I don't have to spend more time playing with settings that actually playing games. This can't even handle games that are fairly basic.

I ordered an open box issue and upon receiving the device it super cool, however this unit in particular has an issue with the right controller I intially thought was normal. It not just slides off wothout any input on the controller release. I believe this is why the unit was intially returned however bestbuy being a huge tech giant should have known better than to label ot as being in excellent condition. Im hoping they will honor my purchase and exchange this unit for a new or better one.

Bought this, got everything set up and downloaded Dragon Age Veilguard.. noticed a red speck on the screen and realized it was a stuck pixel.. did not expect this from a device I literally just purchased for $700… will be returning this ASAP. Very disappointed, will be giving the ROG Ally X a shot instead.

I bought this to try it out to see if having a mobile hand held PC was worth it. The simple answer is no. It plays controller games kind of clunky like you’re playing a game from 2005. I was so beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. For the price tag its at for eveb open box you could buy a new PS5 or Xbox Series X or even an Apple Watch.

The Legion Go is an awesome handheld device. I refrain from just calling it a gaming handheld as it's highly usable for not only gaming but also school, home office, or work productivity as well. Like other handheld devices it's equipped with a powerful AMD Ryzen Z1 extreme and Radeon 780m graphics APU, but the defining feature of the Legion Go is the large, stunning 8.8" high resolution display and it's detachable controllers. You can quickly convert from a handheld gaming device to tablet form factor in seconds and with awesome built-in features like the kickstand provides tons of different options for gaming, work, or school. In terms of weight and feel it is a bit heavier than the Steam Deck or Asus ROG, but it feels comfortable in hand and the weight & overall size doesn't feel unwieldy, even with longer gaming sessions. On the topic of battery life - while none of the gaming handhelds are going to win any contests for battery life, but the Legion Go is right in between the Steam Deck and Asus ROG which will allow you to be disconnected from your charger for a couple of hours of AAA game play. On the other hand, general usage such as browsing, work, or school yields you 5-8 hours depending on your workload. Game play is awesome - solid frame rates at medium settings in most of the top titles. Controllers are great, especially after recent Legion Space software and firmware releases. Lenevo and their product support team have been great in listening to customer feedback on any issues & features and are outstanding with communicating updates to the community. Overall, if you are looking for a device with a larger screen, awesome performance, and great gameplay then look no further. I've been overwhelmingly pleased with my purchase so if you are on the fence just go for it! You won't be disappointed.

I'm returning my unit. Do not buy this device if you want a comfortable to use, competently designed gaming experience. The ergonomics are bad (the handheld digs into your hand when holding it) and there are all sorts of random buttons that are very easy to accidentally depress. The software is terrible, being buggy, not user friendly, and lacking lots of functionality. As an experienced user of multiple handheld PCs (Deck, Ally, and 2 Aya Neo units), this is one of the worst ones I've tried.

The gameplay was dope but MAN was the quality hit or miss had to return 3 different times because something was wrong with it , either it was stick drift, the detachable controllers were wobbly and inconsistent compared to the other or lastly the analogs were crooked and did not go where you aimed them. My advice wait awhile till this first batch is done and check it out a few months from now and see if you’ll get an $800 that’s worth and not messed up out of box.

(No longer have the device, upgraded to Go S) Got me back into gaming as I had been struggling with it at the time. It was a great introduction to the world of handheld PC gaming. I finished Kiwami 1 and 2 as well as Expedition 33, the lack of VRR does make it a bit rough as you won't really be using the 1600P resolution. The weight is also a bit of a con as well, but the controllers being detachable is a good trade off. Highly recommend for first time users as its consistently on sale.

I understand that I purchased this as an “open box“ product, but it didn’t even come with a box or anything. I went in, and they handed me the system by hand. I paid $700+, and they handed it to me by hand. I thought it was a joke. And it didn’t even come with a charging cable, just the system.
