Lenovo's last GPU update was on May 24, and some games require the latest version of GPU drivers. The ROG Ally or ROG Ally X would be better options. Lenovo needs to update its drivers faster.

I bought two days ago and haven’t been able to play any game I downloaded. I contacted Microsoft and been on hold for 4 hours. I will be returning this device back today. So sad cause I was really hoping to keep this thing smh

More work than its worth

Couldnt any info on what i needed to do to make it work even though people were playing the same games on yourube. Decided if it required that much work just to get the controls to work then it wasnt worth 700.

Guess items don’t go through a stress test if any at all. Never buying pre opened items ever again, this has happened with a controller as well recently purchased

So, I call Lenovo support and they had me go into the bios (hold volume up then press power) and within the information section is says “Hard Disk not detected”. Good job Lenovo!!!

No driver updates, will not play starfield, halo chugs, can't even play dark forces a game made in the 90s... No support. More like a prototype.. not worth the effort for something that doesn't run. More like a glorified tablet

I'm returning this and getting the steam deck oled.
