This isn't the place to critique Best Buy but rather the device itself. Use your brain and stop bashing a product for something it has absolutely no control over.

This seems to try to bridge a gap, but unfortunately falls into no-man's land. Also, the way the controller attach is atrocious. The controllers are clunky and cheap feeling, and it's difficult to know whether or they clicked in. I almost dropped the whole thing because one of the controllers wasn't secure. The Switch feels like a piece of precision engineering and design by comparison.

Neat Idea but flawed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The nintendo switch inspired device is cool, but will absolutely drive you insane. The potential is all there but the difficulty and execution of it makes it not worth its weight in manure. Certian settings just flat out do not work. (Ex. You can set screen to not turn off never and it will after ~3min regardless of battery). Infuriating when youre trying to install a game and everytime the screen shuts off it shuts down thr device and uour progress. Other functions are just inconvenient compared to a normal laptop. Youre crippled without the use of a normal keyboard and you have to constantly go into settings to pull one up and youre lacking any advanced functions regardless. The main benefit is thr attached “controller” setup but in majority of cases and games this is rendered useless to normal function. Which is hard to swallow when it makes up so much of the device’s userface. I may not be the most tech savy, and that may be why this infuriates me so much, but if youre just looking to play some games, youre better off with a typical laptop or a pc setup. Save yourself thr headache and cash.
