Preordered this handheld and seems to be on time. Cant wait to get this badboy and tear the souls franchise up!

I received mine early this morning, its not terrible but the Asus Rog Ally has this beat. Im having a really bad overheating issue with mine. And a really bad lag. Hopefully updates will help. Im just going witht he flow right now but so far if this is what it is im returning it. And keeping my ROG ally

Love it best handheld I've ever owned plenty of storage.

I really really like this device. Its a lot more capable than the Steam Deck. Best Buy charged me two times for it though. I contacted customer support a week ago and they told me that the second charge would be refunded to me within 24 hours. Its been a week and I still don't have my money back. Beat Buy won't send it back. Every time I call they say how sorry they are but that they can't do anything about it.

First, the products was awesome in the beginning but i ran into problems with AMD drivers not install or match. You would think a product that is 700 pkus tax would have the drivers ready but no. Major boot issues and would crash or freeze. Just get a laptop if you are looking into moblie gaming.

Great beast of a machine but the right controller wobbles in 2 different devices so I returned both no more until the wobble is fixed

A bit buggy as it's a new product. Wish some of the pc games can be played with the controllers too but I'm sure it'll get better

Specs and features are great. Software is absolutely horrible. Used for three days and got a blue screen in the middle of playing a game. It shutdown and will not boot now. Says no bootable media found. Downloaded a recovery USB from Lenovo and still will not work.

While I love this product I am extremely disappointed with bestbuy and its practices. I brought this item excellent open box and when it arrived the right controller was broken where it clips on making it feel very loose. If your selling an item as excellent it should not come broken. When I reached out to bestbuy thru chat they advised me to take to their repair shop which is great and all but again after spending close to full price for this item I don’t find it fair or right that I would have to travel to get this item fixed when it wasn’t stated to be broken. This experience has really made me second guess ever getting open box from bestbuy again as I just don’t know if I can trust what you claim on your products.

I have the backbone and your better off getting that and playing games via steam link on your phone lol its 100% better than the LenovoGo, on my soul. This cannot replace your gaming PC. Couldnt run Madden, Helldivers 2, ratchet n clank, fortnite, etc. I ran a bunch of games and most were choppy and others were just plain unplayable. I was able to play games like Among Us and Chess tho haha.. anyway returned it the next day got a gaming pc. It was more expensive but it was worth it.

SCAM. Bought a “Excellent” condition open box via online and ended up recieving a “Good with scratches box.” I pay for Best Buy Total, they told me I had to go to the store to get it replaced. At the store they told me the only option was to refund my order and that there would be no price match. Buy it at Amazon and save yourself the hassle.

Genuine pc guy here to say this isnt that nonsense "console wars" lol. Quit trying to justify your purchase of $800 for an unfinished product lol. You have people out here giving 4 to 5 star reviews knowing its unfinished. Just because something appeals to you more than it does for someone else dorsnt mean "its better". Legit identical hardware to the Rog ally but this new unfinished product is way better than the Ally somehow lol

Got mine today and was so excited. I literally played 1 game on game pass then I tried downloading madden on one of the game store they provided and all of a sudden when i restarted, it wont go into the desktop. Its literally a black screen. I even let it sit there, but its been like that for 2 hours now. Probably gonna return it tomorrow if it doesnt load up.

It is a good console but after 24 hours jt jusr keeps reseting and don't wanna boot
