Legion Go can only get better

I have had the Legion Go for a few weeks and I am loving it so far. Lenovo has been adding updates to the device and with each one it is getting better. I have been playing mostly older steam games and used for emulation. I have also been playing BG3 and it plays with no issues at all. For better battery life I play at lower resolution and balanced, I can get a almost 2 hours of game play on my unit. I only give it 4 stars because it can be better but the handheld PC market is still young and will only get better in the future. If you are on the fence I would give it a try.

Honestly enjoy the device, but have encountered some issues with games crashing. This typically leads me to having to shut the device down entirely and the battery life isn't the greatest either. Would I recommend buying this? Yes, once the price goes down a bit I highly recommend picking one of these up!

Haven’t been able to stop using my legion in months. Whether I’m playing my classic games like Super Nintendo or GameCube, to PlayStation 2 or PlayStation 3, to watching YouTube, Hulu or Max. Pricey but worth every penny

Works as expected and does the job , having a handheld device like this that plays all games is just so satisfying. I didn’t put 5 starts as some issues do pop up from time to time , one of them which is well know the left stick light stops working after a few days of use and Lenovo customer service is bad and never replies .

I have played a few different games that range in intensity ( dinkum, Palworld, Destiny, Tinas Tiny Wonderland and a few others). The Go handled everything greatly! Of course i had it plugged in for the most part. I never expected any hand held PC to be able to operate on battery at high performance. I have had to adjust some settings from ultra high to high but to the average person i dont think that is a huge deal. It being a windows OS opens the door for a lot of possibilities, however its a windows product. So expect the normal lol

The Legion Go is the best handheld device on the market. I did the research, looked at the comments on the community, and it was obvious they agree. It handles the latest games at high level graphic settings and great FPS. The updates from the Developers have been outstanding as they listen to the community and add features and fixes quickly in the first couple months, with more on the way. The fact that it runs Windows 11 and can do anything a laptop can is icing on the cake! This is the ultimate portable gamer device! A must have for the price!

In my opinion lack luster is you already own a PC. It has cool cross play features and is an awesome unit. I would say it fits the entry into PC better then a dedicated PC payer, UNLESS you are traveling often. Then this would be a lifesaver. I will be returning mine personally. But that is just because it will not get used enough.

Good when I got it on sale. Fast device. One of the better handhelds. No real issues except the controller/grips are not designed that well. They feel a little awkward and I had to buy some 3D printed grips for it to feel decent in the hands. Still a good handheld though.

With Win11 installed the Go is held back by a clunky, obtrusive, ugly OS. Immediately replace Win11 with Cachy OS and the machine is elevated from mediocre to absolute rock star. Cachy has a version specifically crafted for the Legion and works flawlessly. Do not mess with dual booting with Windows. This may cause problems. Get rid of the cancer that is Microsoft and you'll have a great machine.

Pretty good piece of tech. Mostly been using it on 10 year+ old fps games. Feels good in my hands, the side buttons on the right side are kind of bizarre though. Not a knock at the machine, but Microsoft really needs to figure out an interface for windows that is built for gaming hardware.
