My wife hates them because I used to go sit in the game room and play. But now with the legion go I can take the game to where she is. So instead of hearing her complain about me playing video games in the other room. Now I get to sit in the room next to her and have her complain about me playing video games. It has truly brought us closer. Thanks Lenovo!!!

I enjoy that the controllers are versatile and additional accessories allow you to use them however you want. The screen is big but its also great quality. After doing all the updates and Lenovo just revamped their app, its been a pleasure to use. The weight is hefty but the kickstand tends to help alot with weight balance. It does run loud and hot but you have a tiny gaming computer in your hand. Good luck with your purchase, I would do

We wish to provide the best experience possible, so if you'd like to work with us, we’d like to work with you to address these points and improve your experience with your Legion Go. We also wish to learn more details about your time with your Go to gain a further understanding of the various points you mentioned.
First, with heat production, when gaming, the internal heat can increase as the system processes more data and at a higher frequency, but the Legion Go's cooling system should help protect the device from excessive heat.
With the fan speeds increasing along with the stress the handheld is under, this can cause battery level to drop quickly. If the system is using the latest AMD chipset and driver versions, another thing you can do to improve battery life is depending on the demand of the game you're playing, by pressing the Legion R button to launch the quick menu, you can switch to lower power mode to save battery.
In the menu, under the performance tab, users can toggle thermal modes and prioritize battery life by using the default mode or creating a custom thermal mode should you not be satisfied with the 3 presets. These adjustments can also be made by going into Legion Space > Settings (Legion Space can be launched quickly by pressing the Legion L button (Legion Logo above the button).

I read a lot of bad reviews from past months that it was not that great, but I think most of the problems where related to the software and all the new BIOs updates fixed most of those issues. Lenovo Space is not that user friendly but it gets the job done. Battery lasts better than expected as well. If I play a visually demanding game it lasts 1 hour but it can last 2 to 3 hours if you use the low performance settings. It feels ergonomic in the hands aswell, surprisingly.

I think I play it more than my ps5. The only thing I would say is that it does take a little tweaking with some of the settings but once you get those down it runs pretty much everything.

Legion Go can only get better

Lenovo has been adding updates to the device and with each one it is getting better. I have been playing mostly older steam games and used for emulation. I have also been playing BG3 and it plays with no issues at all. For better battery life I play at lower resolution and balanced, I can get a almost 2 hours of game play on my unit. I only give it 4 stars because it can be better but the handheld PC market is still young and will only get better in the future. If you are on the fence I would give it a try.
