#screensizematters
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great device for immersive gaming. I traded my Steam Deck for the Legion Go and have no regrets. I know there are benefits to Steam OS but #screensizematters. I actually play the Legion Go more than I play my Desktop (3080Ti).

A large handheld that needs better navigation
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this in my quest for trying to find the best possible mobile gaming experience. One of my goals was to be able to connect to an external monitor and maintain a high refresh rate. This device does do that, but unfortunately, my game of choice (Call of Duty: Mobile) didn't play as well as I hoped it would (using an Android emulator). The device is quite large, but it's not hard to use as a handheld. I did find that system navigation was challenging unless you connected a keyboard/mouse. The touchscreen and on-screen keyboard just weren't as responsive as I wanted them to be. It's not a bad device, but it's just not what I was looking for.

Amazing handheld PC
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the device. Having a handheld PC to game on gives me the opportunity to game more. I have twin 5yr boys and a wife that take up my tv’s so have no opportunity to game on them. This device works great and I have been able to catch up on my game library.

An expensive steam deck with poor battery life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love this but usong Windows on this tiny device was a challenge, even while linked to my TV. There were a lot of bugs trying to navigate to/start games and the battery died quickly. I mostly ended up using it as a more expensive Steam Deck. I bought a better laptop and no longer use it.

Good but has issues.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the screen but sadly the joycons are a little faulty. Played with it for couple days then the joystick stopped working when trying to move left. Other than that it was great!

Output to tv/monitor broken
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So this is a fun device, very easy to use and reprogram buttons if needed. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because when you output to a tv or monitor it forces full resolution and games are unplayable. Quick example for the game Valheim I get 90+ fps on handheld with medium settings, when output to tv it forces full res and only get 15 fps. It’s unfortunate that Lenovo has not addressed this issue yet as it would be the perfect gaming device if fixed.

Posted .Hi Madmikey, thanks for choosing Lenovo; although, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your system. To help resolve this, we recommend ensuring that the cables and/or adapters used to output to your TV support the USB standards to output the proper signal quality. Also, just a reminder that each Legion comes with 1 year of free Legion Ultimate Support, which can be contacted at the following number: 1-888-278-9707, Press 1 for Gaming. They are the best equipped to handle questions, concerns, and requests regarding your Legion and should be able to help you quickly resolve any issues you may have, including your output problem. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Posted .Hi Gene,
Thank you for choosing Lenovo and for sharing your feedback with us!
We are pleased to hear that your Legion Go performs well for the games you wish to play.
When you're playing less graphically intensive games and wish to save battery life, by pressing the Legion R button to launch the quick menu, you can switch to lower power mode to save battery. In the menu, under the performance tab, users can toggle thermal modes and prioritize battery life by using the default mode or creating a custom thermal mode should you not be satisfied with the 3 presets. These adjustments can also be made by going into Legion Space > Settings (Legion Space can be launched quickly by pressing the Legion L button (Legion Logo above the button).
Please feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions.

Great for travel, and some productivity.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great portable machine with lots of potential, the software is really rough and needs some work but they seem to be pretty forthcoming with their update plans. Fit my needs exactly so I do recommend it if you’re looking for a great gaming and Possible productivity machine.

Misplaced expectations. Maybe?
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe my expectations were misplaced. I wanted it to be a mini PC to take with me to the office and anywhere where a monitor and keyboard were available but having the nice feature of playing games also while on the GO, pun intended, but the illusion fades pretty quick with the battery life. So, not so much portable. For the Mini PC use, still has work to be done, display image needs to be flipped and the resolutions available look weird on the bigger monitor. I mean is a great idea, but I never got what I was expecting from it. My two cents, I feel like is getting normal for big companies to release unfinished products with the promise that they will get better with future software or updates releases. Yes, is still buggy. But maybe I will wait for the GO 2.

Great handheld computer
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is pretty much a surface Go that can play major AAA games at 30-50fps. So far it’s been a great experience. Display is amazing, the Wi-Fi card is also second to none. Z1 extreme is performing well, and we still having getting updated driver. Which means the best is yet to come.

The Legion is my “ Go “ to Handheld
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This beats any handheld out there currently even the new ones coming out but it is not for those that want a plug and play experience it requires tinkering for each game and graphic setting changes but if you get it right it runs perfect

The future is here!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Legion Go is an exceptional device with amazing performance and gaming capabilities. I mainly play Call of Duty and im getting at least 70 fps with moderate settings and FSR 1. Other games like GRID Legends, and Battlefield 1 look amazing too.
