Better than Rog ally

So far my favorite device out of all three. It runs cooler than rog ally and has much better screen. If you torn between rog ally and this I would definitely recommend this over that. Larger screen, better battery on AAA tittles.

Love my legion go

It is extremely big and can feel pretty bulky in my hands but the screen is so good on it. I love the fact that if i want to use it as a tablet to browse the web or watch youtube i can do that or just play a game if i feel like it.

It plays most AAA games at acceptable 40+ fps. Has nice hardware features including a double USBC charging, detachable controllers and a nice kick stand.

The software needs work but nothing that some updates cant fix. I have been enjoying playing some newer games on this and i was pleasantly suprised how some of these games can be played at 30 fps at 1600p low to medium settings (Hogwarts Legacy, MW2).

Output to tv/monitor broken

The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because when you output to a tv or monitor it forces full resolution and games are unplayable. Quick example for the game Valheim I get 90+ fps on handheld with medium settings, when output to tv it forces full res and only get 15 fps. It’s unfortunate that Lenovo has not addressed this issue yet as it would be the perfect gaming device if fixed.

Resolution and tdp can be dropped to conserve battery or if plugged in it can be ramped up to run over 60fps (pending resolution). It plays everything I have thrown at it so far. No complaints yet.

At this point, only recommend purchasing if it is discounted.

There are a bunch or power settings so you can set it to run better performance or better battery life.

Games run really smooth and no issues with windows 11. Hopefully see a lot more software updates. Highly recommended if you like idea of portable PC like handheld experience

I'm glad i ended up getting it. i will say for users not used to windows, there may be a learning curve here as it's not a console.

It has its quirks and Windows isn't as intuitive as SteamOS but overall the Legion Go is a joy to use.
