Best Buy open box excellent could have been better for the price I think is ok, but the product sure ain't excellent with scretches and sticker labels falling off and main label on the right side barely readable duo to heavy use this could have been verifiend better, they shipped through ups who gives no crap it was steppend on betean to death lol good thing it comes in a case. Best buy do better on excellent

Unfortunately sometimes the power kinda drains fast for some big games and smaller games. I have to limit the FPS and graphics for many such as Doom Eternal to Minecraft. It's great for many first timers into handheld pcs though!

Can play all my Xbox, Playstation, and PC games. There are a few settings I wish was already set but learning these allowed me to learn more about the Lenovo Go. It has not disappointed me yet.

Some games even on lower settings are unplayable without something like geforce now. Battery life lasts about an hour and a half. Overall great system at a high price

Whether you use it as a handheld or hook it up to a controller, mouse and keyboard as a portable desktop this little device runs AAA games stupendously. Take your time, tweak some settings and you'll be getting 100+ fps in games like cod mw3.

A dad in his 40s, coming from consoles and never played PC games, this thing is amazing. It takes awhile to setup out of the box but once that done the device runs games like a champ.

I have the Ally, and a few OneXplayer machines and a Steam deck but this is the one i use daily. Battery is good lasts a lot longer than the ally. The screen alone is the best thing then the battery life is second. I have upgraded the ssd to 2tb and it’s now perfect
