If you’re trying to decide between this and a steam deck NO QUESTION go with the Lenovo Legion Go, it is literally a gaming computer with a touch screen that you can go from any service like Xbox to Steam to Epic Games and if you are on the go and need to type up a paper then you can do that too! This is everything you can ask for and movies look great on it too!

The listing was misleading from the start. The unit was advertised as "Open Box Excellent" but arrived missing key accessories, including the mouse mode holder and the original charger. Instead, I was handed a generic HP charger, which staff later admitted was due to a miscategorization error. The unit itself had no major panel scratches, so physically it was in decent shape. Once I got home and started updating the software, I discovered the device had actually been serviced on August 5th, 2024 — which makes this a refurbished unit, not an open box item. That's a significant difference, both in terms of pricing and disclosure. I also noticed a missing screw on the left controller attachment, something only visible after removing the controller. To make matters worse, I purchased this console specifically for a long trip I'm currently on, so returning it in person is not an option for at least a month. When I contacted Best Buy's chat support, the agents were unhelpful and kept redirecting me to visit a store in person — as if the responsibility for their mislabeling fell on me. Bottom line: This is a case of false advertising. If you're shopping at this specific location, be cautious — staff appear unable to correctly distinguish between open box and refurbished inventory. I'd recommend verifying every item's condition and history thoroughly before leaving the store.

I do not understand why people hate these handheld devices. These devices are amazing. The screen on this device ia amazing. I have not tried the 1st person module yet,but this system is top flight.

I am greatful for bestbuy and they ofer the finest tech! I made this purchase and have owned my legion go for over 2 weeks! Ive played so many games and love the system! 10 outta 10 ps i also purchased an Rog ally from bestbuy online and they are both great systems. If your a console player looking to bridge the gap into pc gaming, dont regret not getting your hands on this console! No cap, i always purchase my tech from best buy, its the only retailer i trust with expensive tech purchases and i have been a loyal costumer for years.

I was expecting more out of this. Supplying a 1440P screen with a device that can’t handle it doesn’t make sense. Device will overheat under high load and shut off. Had to disable turbo boost in regedit to fix this, why not cool the device better? That coupled with 16gb of SHARED RAM between the cpu and gpu, there isn’t enough to go around. A 32gb variant is a must.

The equipment is quite powerful for its size. It is possible to work when connected to a mouse, keyboard and monitor, and it is also possible to play peacefully

recommended to buy in black friday, as should be, can play games on steam everywhere but battery looks not good

Its a really big handheld with a large screen for those looking to play from there bed, car, or any other setting instead of using a pc and monitor. The controllers feel nice and come off and has extra buttons. You get xbox game pass for 3 months free after purchase as well.

The build quality and display are so great. I love my go legion. Highly recommend also don’t need a pc if you have the go legion. Plus you can charge through the case that’s a plus

Im honestly going to say that since ive purchased the Legion Go it has been nothing but a rollercoaster this beast is dope i have no complaints pretty content!

Pretty good overall. It sometimes glitches or freezes. I understand it’s still pretty new. Love the resolution and screen play. It is truly amazing and enjoyable. Battery life could be better.

Excellent purchase, I have no regrets. It works for me for everything, games, work, studies. There is only one thing that worries me, the upper left part of the screen gets too hot.

Excelente, I can do everything from design to game. Kind of heavy, I would recommend installa ghostspectre windows and you will now have anyproblems.
