    Great Execution But Not Recommended

Legion Go has potential but it needs some improvement. First, it is heavy compared to ROG Ally and Steam Deck. Secondly, the legion go detachable controllers needs something when they are deattached, so they can become a single controller. Third the Legion Space software is not polished and its glitchy. Third, the speakers are not that great, ROG Ally speakers sound much better. Fourth, I dont know why Lenovo went with over 1080p screen resolution because in most games you will get sluggish performance if you game at a higher screen resolution. Lastly, the product quality itself does not look durable, especially when you are detaching the controllers, they are getting scratched easily. It does take lot of time to charge it fully. The battery life is also ok. I think game-held supposed to be portable and not heavy. Legion Go screen is huge but it’s not very light. The price they are asking for it, you can get a decent gaming laptop with better performance. If you consider portability, I would recommend going with ROG Ally or Steam deck.

One of if not the best Handheld PCs!

Coming from a original Steam Deck, this thing is miles better! I switched exclusively because SteamOS lacks compatibility with my favorite PC Games, so Windows was a must have. The performance was genuinely surprising, I expected it to be a tad better but not substantially better, I've had some games go from 25-30fps to 40-60, and the detachable controllers and kickstand are really convenient. I highly recommend it! More storage would be nice with the size of modern games, but the SD Slot helps make up for it!

This thing rules - I installed bazzite so I can run steam OS and now I've got the best of both worlds; huge screen, great performance, cool detachable controllers and an the convenience of a steam deck. Love it!!!

The Legion Go is a great system with a few caveats. If you're expecting it to be pick-up-and-play like the Nintendo Switch (or even the Steam Deck) you might be in for a bit of a shock. The graphics drivers are going to need updating, you'll need to install something like FXsound to get decent volume, and - at launch - the Lenovo Space software feels unfinished and lacking key features. With all that said, if you're willing to tweak this thing (there are lots of tutorials online) it has the potential to be superb. The screen is large and bright - it puts the OG Deck and even the Rog Ally screen to shame - and the controller options, while possibly overwhelming, are extensive, meaning just about anything is comfortably playable. It's also surprisingly ergonomic and comfortable to hold, given that it's one of the largest PC handhelds on the market. If Lenovo can iron out some of the issues in future software updates, the Legion Go has a shot at being THE handheld to beat.

Its like having a pc in your hands and take it anywhere you want. Im playing MW3 while i take carw of my toddler. I though I will have trouble playing APEX or MW3. But it’s literally like playing on my PC. Only sucky thing is the battery life. I can play my Nintendo Switch for like 5-8 hours n have battery left but my Legion is like 2 hours the most

Ive had the Go for a few days and so far its great. The screen is large and has 3 resolution options. The detachable controllers are a great feature. Once removed you have a Windows tablet. The Go is like having multiple devices in 1 package. Gaming on the Go is a great experience. I dont love FPS mode, but its a very unique idea. I recommend this to anyone.

Works like a huge switch but a small computer, can take it anywhere. The only problem is the battery would die fast since it’s a gaming device it would need to be plugged in. Other than that I recommend it as a traveling gaming device.

OLED level screen. I was avoiding it because it was LCD, but that was a mistake. I should have bought it a year ago. Screen looks as good as my s23 ultra screen. Z1 extreme can handle most games at good frames. Handles all emulators including ps3 well. Screen size is immersive. I play at home and at lunch breaks at work. Battery only downside. I play plugged in at home and use a 12 volt ac converter in car to play at lunch time at work. Looking forward to buying the Legion Go 2.

One of the best handheld PCs of it's time. It has great specs and a huge screen for all your gaming needs. It also has joycon like detachable controllers. While detached right side controller can be turned into a function mouse with included base. Can be used as an alternative to a gaming laptops.

Love the 8' screen size. Preferred the Legion Go over the other handhelds for this reason only. Still a beast and can run the bigger games at a decent framerate. Great if you're a casual gamer who likes to game every other day in bed after a long day at work

I like it much more than the Steam Deck and ROG Ally. The big screen with detachable controllers, and the fps/mouse mode get it the win. While at the desk I have mine running through an eGPU via Thunderbolt and the performance is awesome on an external 1080p or 1440p monitor, with the right GPU. RTX 4060 seems to be plenty.

Amazing device. However, I often missed the steam deck for its simplicity while using this device. Love the big screen. A bit heavy at times. Windows experience was not great though. The device needs lots of updates out of the box.

So i recently purchased this legion go and wanted to try it because of the big screen. I love the bigger screen . I have the ROG ally and i use that also but the different is the VRR and yes it does make a difference with multiplayer like for call of duty. Hopefully the next version they will add it and maybe bigger screen like the new onexplayer thats coming out with a 10” . I will suggest to get a 100w battery pack if you are traveling with this

The legion go is perfect on paper but falls a little short. It's still a great handheld though and I prefer it over the ROG Ally and Steam decks I've since sold. Pros and the massive screen, kickstand, and detachable controllers. However, the fan noise is on the higher side and the controllers themselves are sharp and ten to hurt my hands after long periods of time. Also, this is a massive handheld and kind of annoying to travel with. Most importantly, it runs games well.

It’s great! I have the windows version. Updates will be needed. You will spend some time finding the perfect settings to maximize battery life and performance but you can probably find stuff online for that to help. Can handle pretty much any game but the sims games you have to adjust the graphic settings. I mainly use Xbox game pass, remote play for PlayStation.

I love this thing. Having access to all my games on steam, epic, Xbox, ea, and emulation? What more could you ask, except battery life. Unfortunately if you want the best performance and frames, it’ll cost you heavily on battery life. But I find myself next to a power source everywhere I play, so I haven’t found the battery life to be an issue. Screen is big and beautiful, love the fully customizable settings. Excellent choice if you have the spare money.

Bought this for my son - he loves it! Greta performance! Screen size is perfect. Loves that the joysticks come off - can use them with adapter to turn joystick into mouse - both joysticks off and you have a tablet. Carry case has hidden built-in pocket to charge device while being stored. Overall, awesome purchase!

Okay, this thing turned out to be an amazing gadget. At first, I have to admit that i went in skeptical about trying it. Please, do not go by what others say about it. This thing is really an amazing gaming device. One of the things that stand out. Omg, the screen. It is simply gorgeous. Games play good, despite it not having VRR. It is really stupid fast. It hardly gets hot. It is true, the fan does turn on, however, it is hardly audible. One thing for sure, you need to be computer savvy in order to get it to work the way you'd like to, because just simply, this is a tiny computer power house. If you’re on the fence about it, don't be, just try it. I'm pretty sure you won't regret getting it. Ps, it does have some quircks, that with time, lenovo for sure will iron out. Another thing, the controllers need some time to get used to. I love the fact that you can take them off, just in case any of them brake down, it will be easy to replace. I'm extremely satisfied with it. This puts a smile on my face every time i'm on it. I feel like a kid again. An older kid. Thank you Lenovo.
