This will be my 2nd purchase. This one for my girlfriend. It's very good. Screen is awesome and so is the performance. The battery life is good for me since I have to kids.I have no complaints.

Works great for steam games and emulation. Loved the comfortable grip, everything felt solid. Only problem is the touchpad, however, navigating desktop mode using the sticks wasn’t bad at all.

Love this device! Having my steam libary portable for when I travel is super convenient. The only down side is the battery drains pretty fast. Depending on the game I usually can get between 2 - 3 hours of gaming.

Loud fan during high stress gaming. Very comfortable in my hands and plays most everything I need to play thru Steam OS. Just wish it had more options for silicone grip covers and cases for storage of all items not just handheld.

Me and my daughter love how simple it is (she is autistic and had no issues navigating steam os on the first day). This is much better than a switch 2 and games are like 1/5 the price. We use it docked to the tv often. I also have the legion go s with the z1e. I love how portable it is while still working great hooked up to a tv/monitor. If I spend another $600-$800 for an egpu this will have great preformnce in line with many current $1500 prebuilds, maybe even a little better. And then I still have the option to take it portably where ever I want. I feel this is a good otion over buying a gaming pc.

Got this for my son for Christmas he wanted the steam deck but this is a lot better, bigger screen and more storage. He loves it! His best Xmas so far he’s 12!!! His words!! So I’ll take that as a win!!

i love my legion go alot and it works realy well and as someone with a huge steam library its nice to have a system that is made to for that and the base storage is very good too im glad i got it

Love this device, its so fun to use and what makes this even better is that i can take it on the go with me !!! i can also use the games that i have on my legion gaing laptop on the legion go device!

I love my legion go! Battery life still has a ways to go in handheld gaming but if you don’t mind shorter playing time/ being plugged in while playing it’s definitely worth it!! Everything else about it is amazing.

This handheld is fantastic! The “Steam Deck 1.5” has a really good Steam OS. The 8-inch screen is incredible. The speakers aren’t as impressive as the Ally’s, but they’re still enough for daily use. Overall, it’s an excellent handheld. I recommend choosing the Z1 Extreme version instead.

Steamos was suck an awesome operating system to put onto a handheld device, it ran all my games atleast at 30-50fps on balanced mode performance mode worked really well too probably added 10-15fps but it did drain the battery quicker I mostly played with it plugged in but if your not then I suggest being prepared for it to last 2.5 hours most likely.

It is lighter, bigger screen & battery is better than the old version. Steam os is also a good experience to enjoy the game. I will recommend it to my friends.

So nice to have all my games on the go even my xbox game pass battery life could be better but you could always say that

If you want a handheld that feels like a gaming console — quick on/off, direct access to games, better performance and battery life than Windows on the same hardware — SteamOS is a huge upside for the Legion Go S. However — and I’ll be honest — it’s not all sunshine and rainbows (and no one said it was). SteamOS still has compatibility warts with some games that depend on Windows-only tech like certain anti-cheat systems, but that’s more a limitation of Linux/Proton than Lenovo

Great device. Would highly recommend you spend time optimizing performance and look into apps such as Lossless FrameGen to help with the experience. While Steam OS is better than Windows, these still take some tinkering. I have a really nice desktop set-up and spend a lot of time chasing frame rates with my hardware there so I was a bit nervous using this device. Honestly, this was exactly the device I needed and reminded me of the fun in gaming and that its not just about the little FPS number in the corner or whether I have the deepest deep blacks on an oled screen. Being able to be lazy on the couch, game to and from work on the train, game on flights, game in the same room my kids are watching tv, etc has beem awesome. Sure its not going to run Crimson Desert well (natively, for now, but you can SteamLink this!), but I just played the entirety of Resident Evil Requiem natively on this thing with zero issues.

Purchased for my wife to replace her Steam Deck. Device has a great screen and she loves the look and the feel of the buttons far more than she did the Steam Deck. Games run smooth and she is really enjoying it so far.
